I am having issues with my lights and have emailed Oracle directly. Please help! Love the look of the lights but keep having flickering/in and out issues with reverse lights as shown. @oraclelighting

Hi, sorry for your issues! Our customer support will be reaching out to you shortly for troubleshooting.

As far as the flickering goes, have you confirmed that they are flickering in real time and not only on video? From my angle it looks like it could just be the way the video is picking up the LEDs.

If in fact it is flickering in real time, the support staff will be able to help with that as well.

I just installed theses about a month ago and just noticed the light pattern between the passenger and driver is different. Anyone else noticed this?

It appears that the tape the LEDs are mounted on has come loose and is up against the red lens.

Mine did the same and Oracle had me a new one by the end of the week. They were great to work with.

Anyone else having issues with the blind spot monitoring? I received a new replacement passenger side light and now my blind spot monitoring is causing a service code. Double checked my connections and don't see any obvious issues. Wiring issue maybe?

You should have received an additional connector in the box with the replacement that connects between the sensor and the plug on the harness. Did you install this with the replacement?

You should have received an additional connector in the box with the replacement that connects between the sensor and the plug on the harness. Did you install this with the replacement?
I did not see another connector. I will double check the box when I get home today. Is this a recent change on the lights?
