I know. Also I'm lucky it didn't go through the grill and into the radiator leaving me stranded or better yet going straight through the windshield and into my neck. Definitely could have been worse. I keep trying to remind myself of that to make me feel better. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Of course this couldn't happen to my old truck but to my new one.

New shoes to replace Wildpeak MTs. Not bad for almost 35, $176 a tire.

Wipes tear from eye. Finally picked up my baby (400 miles only when the t bone happened).
Repair shop did a marvelous job and there was a LOT of hidden damage once they removed the panels and seats. Repair cost came out to $26k and took 10 weeks to complete as Jeep was backordered on some parts/panels. Other party's insurance covered every penny.

Picked up my baby today and just sat down in silence and celebrated the moment. I still remember that night of the impact when a 16 yr old texting driver t boned me ...the Jeep took it like a champ and neither me nor my son felt any impact but the other Toyota camry nearly got totalled and we walked out with this. I know Jeep's get a bad rep on the internet but this truck is built like a german tank!

And the repair shop swapped out my rock rails with the contoured RC steps.

I'm driving down tomorrow to Santa Cruz to move my kid out of college so looking forward to the 3 hr drive and cruising the sea side!!

Was driving back home from a weeks vacation the other day when out of nowhere a chrome rod came flying up off the highway in front of me at 75 mph. Saw it a split second before impact. Heard it hit and felt the impact in the steering wheel as well. When I stopped for gas this is what I saw. I was like DAMN. Only 7K miles and this. Now I'm trying to figure what I want to do. Just my luck.

Go do some BOH trails and your other body damage will all blend in

SUMA blue tint side view mirror glass replacement. As warned when ordered, delivery took quite a while - 6 to 8 weeks. Beautiful and well work the price and wait time. Excellent, useful upgrade.

I passed an 18 wheeler going 75 on a two lane highway around Larado his hubcap flew off like you said in a split second hit my windshield throwing glass all over us no shoulder just sand to slow to a stop. Very scary no injuries and the windshield held together.

Yikes. That had to scare the crap out of you. It just goes to show you never know what's gonna fly up and hit a vehicle. Mine could have been much worse for sure. Glad everyone was ok and didn't get hurt. Easily could have turned out differently.
