I’ve only had these in my garage for 3 years, but finally got around to installing my Rock Hard 4x4 LCA skids on the axles and frame ends. Also installed a set of Mopar lift LCAs to give me a bit more caster with my TF leveling kit.

More simple mods prior to the LineX bed liner spray on Thursday. Mopar sill guards, GPCA Handles, and Builtright rails in the bed. The place that did my Rubicon uninstalled the bed rails prior to the LineX and reinstalled them so I don’t have to deal with the plugged threads.

Not exactly to the gladiator, but to the setup. I took three good condition 37 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT’s that I had left over from the last set on the jeep, and put them on the trailer. 2 plus spare. It’s crazy big now. Love it. And the tires weren’t doing anyone any good next to the house. First picture shows the trailer with the old 32” Ko2’s.

It pretty much did before. But the tent annex will hang down better with less fabric gathered on the ground.

Edit: I recognize how ridiculous it is to have 37” off road tires on a trailer. I would never buy tires for that purpose. But I had exactly three that had a decent amount of tread left, and it just seemed fun. Plus the offset and lug pattern allows me to have two spares for both Jeep and trailer now. Which I realize is also ridiculous. But really fun, so who cares.

Nothing overly exciting, but yesterday…

Opt7’s 48” Redline Triple Row LED Tailgate Light Bar w/Sequential Amber Turn Signals.

Personally… I feel all turn signals should be amber, but that’s me. It also has a reverse light.

Amazon’s “Frequently Bought Together” wiring harness/splitter made it super fool proof. I only had to splice the reverse light and did not just stick it on, blocking the spare tire access. I used the included mounting clips, for removing when needing access to the spare and trimmed the grommet to allow it to sit flat.

I hesitated sharing, because it appears to not be very red, but LEDs do weird things on camera. I had to double take taking the photo, because of its appearance. I assure that it is very much red. Likely, the tag lights making it look… odd.

Regardless, I like it.

The Amazon link says “Frequently Returned Item,” so… finger crossed.

Back in my CJ days I had plans to make a trailer to camp with. I was gonna match the track width and tire and wheel package. Figured I could carry one spare on easy outings or two when gone longer. Never got around to it, we got a camp trailer and a bigger rig to pull it instead.

If I were gonna spend a lot of time pulling a trailer around offroad so to speak, I'd want them to match. Just makes sense to me. More possibilities with the spare, heck you could pull tires off the trailer and have 4 spares in a crazy situation.

Ran wiring for my incoming sdi eclik shocks.
Found out that I had too many wires going through the firewall hole on the driver's side so got a bit more creative with routing. Lowered the windshield and went from there (pics below ... note: this would work nicely for those driving manuals)

Put 39" KO2s on Sunday.
Exchanged metalcloak springs for Claytons. Extended my rear wheelspeed sensor harness to match my extended brake lines.

And an old one that I never posted ... raised transmission, transfer case and diff breathers all behind the driverside cowl.

Exactly. I’d thought about the idea for a while, but couldn’t justify buying matching 37’s. But hand me downs from the Jeep? That I can do.
