Considering this as well. Any estimate on how long it would take to undo it and put the seat back in?

I'd say I could remove my rear seat platform and put the rear seats back in, in about 15 minutes. It is actually quite easy. The hardest part is some (4) of the seat bolts have to be wrenched all the way in and out the others go in and out with no effort. And the seats are not really that heavy because of the 60/40 split.Considering this as well. Any estimate on how long it would take to undo it and put the seat back in?
Same for me, quite easy, I did the 60% delete and it was fast to switch after setting it up the first time. Probably only a couple minutes putting the seat back in.I'd say I could remove my rear seat platform and put the rear seats back in, in about 15 minutes. It is actually quite easy. Nice work! I deleted my 60% and put in a 55L fridge on that side. What's nice is weight-wise you can break even with a delete + fridge. My 60 seat was right near 60lbs when I weighed it.My setup in the bed had me wanting to put fridge at the rear seat since I sleep in the bed when I go camping. Didn’t take long at all. Maybe less than 8 working hours just a lot of back and forth checking each fitment. Only had to make one actual wood cut and fit on the first try.
I’m debating on making one for that side too. Once the hard work of making boards is done, really less than half hour to unbolt and put seats back into place. Just four bolts per side. I didn’t reuse the stock bolts because I raised the rear portion to be level with the under seat storage container.Nice work! I deleted my 60% and put in a 55L fridge on that side. I bought this exact floor jack when I saw them on sale earlier this year, at $199 in Candy Apple Red color I couldn’t resist. Works great.Their larger floor jacks are pretty good… I have a long reach low profile. Their small aluminum “racing” jacks are junk, IMO.
This is the one I like:

Awesome! Is there anyway I could get the measurements from you? Looking at doing the 40% this weekend.cut another piece and went with 3/4” birch plywood so I could recess all the hardware. I added more d rings to hold down cargo from going everywhere when driving on trails. And made a trap door to access storage underneath

Throw the seat in the back of the pickup bed…that’s what it’s supposed to be used for.I like these, but then I would have to find a place to store my seat and I'm trying to declutter my garage as it is.
