What'd I do with my gladiator today? I drove it home from the dealership. Nighthawk + tow pkg. Let the adventures begin, woot!

Welcome to the east coast trails. Rocky and over hanging trees.Drove it from upstate NY to Jericho Mtn state park in NH and did the 4x4 trail. It was raining and super slippery, and I was alone with kids, so took conservative lines. No issues. Spent about three hours on the various loops.

Thanks. Yep. Rocky I love. Slippery during a rain storm makes me cautious. Meaning I didn’t go after the lines I’d have normally taken. But what a beautiful place. I’d never been to NH before today. Tomorrow will be a very relaxed Niagara Falls day.Welcome to the east coast trails. Rocky and over hanging trees.
Go on the Canadian side to see the falls. There you can go behind the falls. Also take a ride on the boat to up see the falls. We spent a week up there. It's about 6~7hrs from home.Thanks. Yep. I hear you on needing the room and it sucks....for now. We end up taking the Durango on long trips for the third row (to keep the three kids sane). I came very close to leaning towards a Ram when I was replacing my Wrangler but just couldn't do it.Didn't want to waste space and start a thread, but I traded the Gladdy a couple days ago. Expanding family, needed room for a 3rd car seat in the rear and wanted more room for family stuff, more comfort on trips to see our family (2hrs away), etc... As much as it sucks, I think it was the right choice for right now.
Got a '23 F150 XLT with the V8. I'm sure someday I'll find my way back into the Gladiator, it's been my dream truck since I first saw the renderings online.
This is such a fun community, I've caught myself waving to a couple Jeeps over the past couple days, I felt like a traitor..

I didn’t have the kids passports with me, so stayed on the us side. We did do the maid of the mist though. Pretty cool that they’re completely electric now. Two 400v, 400amp simultaneous connections fully charge the vessel in 7 minutes flat, while unloading and loading passengers. Pretty impressive.Go on the Canadian side to see the falls. Glad you got the chance to see the falls. Did they take you right up to the falls? And did you get wet?I didn’t have the kids passports with me, so stayed on the us side. I’d say within 50’ of the falls. We were soaked. Well worth it.Glad you got the chance to see the falls. Did they take you right up to the falls? And did you get wet?
That recharging is using as much electric as a small 10,000 people town.![]()
