Just ordered Toyo AT3's 35" along with Method Wheels. Merry Christmas to my Jeep!
Exactly what I put on my Gladiator. Very happy with them. Did a bunch of gnarly rocky crap and sand with them yesterday and they performed well. Aired down to 20.

For the OP - after 35's and recalibrating the computer for wheel size, I didn't notice much in the way of mileage difference. Maybe less than 1 mpg difference. I AM noticing a winter blend gas difference as of late though.....

Those look great...thanks for the feedback. The Falken's are just too noisy on the highway.

Those look way better than I thought they would, only seeing them on their website.
I run Maxxis tires on my mountain bikes LOL
Thank you. About 9000 miles in and I like them so far. Haven’t had a real snow yet, but looking forward to seeing how they do once it hits.

For reference, here’s the mounted Maxxis next to the unmounted factory Falkens.

37x12.50 Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T on 17” Method 703 0mm offset and an AEV 2” lift. Second photo is stock with no AEV lift. I also live on very flat elevation often at sea level and am sticking with 4.10s

I had the stock 285/70/17 Falken MT.
Swapped for a set of 315/70/17 Pirelli scorpion ATs. Here’s my results:
Highway: noisier (yep, noisier than MT, Falken makes a good tire)
Around town: (quieter, but not noticeable)
MPG: worse, by 1-2
Speedo was slower by about 5%
new tire rubs passenger fender liner At full lock with no articulation.
Ride, power, handling all not changed noticeably. New tires are lighter than the MTS by a pound or two.

TLDR: they look better, deal with the expected negatives, or don’t!

Swapped to 35x11.50 Nitto Terra Grappler G2 a few years ago and haven’t had an issues. Adjusted the ECU for the new tire size and I average between 18-21 mpg between city/highway.

I live in SE Georgia and the only time I’m really off the road is during hunting season and they do mostly great in the clay that we have. I say mostly because I’ve been stuck a few times in the mud wallows where the hogs roam but even the best tires get stuck as well.

I coach U19 soccer and travel a lot so my preference was a tire that was mostly road friendly with occasional off road use.

I get what you are saying. 37’s look great. Don’t want to do a gear change plus I only do light trails. Will be adding a 2” AEV lift also.
I went with 35s at first, than added the AEV 2 inch lift and had to add ko2 37s. The KO2 37s are a little smaller and a lot lighter than other 37s. I have no need to regear, it's still peppy and I see 8th as much as I ever did. Now if you are going to add 800 lbs of bumpers, winches, and overlanding gear than you might have to regear.

Thinking about going from my stock Falken MT’s to 315/70’s to Bfgoodrich Ko 2 or Ko 3 on the stock Mojave rims. Anyone that has done this what are your likes & dislikes about the change?
I have had all sizes and 37's are the best all around for me. I had 35" and thought they were fine..........until they weren't so do yourself a favor and just put 37's on it.

37x12.50x17 BFG KO2 Load Range D @ 35psi on stock Mojave wheels.
4.10 Gear
No lift
Adjusted steering stops with 2 washers and trimmed some inner fender liner to prevent rubbing at full lock.

Gas mileage has not been affected except in windy conditions. I live in Florida. Winter gas (I assume they do it country wide) has dropped my MPG 2+ MPG. Your results will probably vary.

I had the factory 285s then BFG 315s. Now I have what I think is the best, BFG KO2s in 37 C. They track and ride the best. Getting the 4.88s was like doing a V8 swap.

I have been considering this tire. How is the highway noise? Also, this is a Load C2 tire with a max air pressure of 35 psi. What tire pressure are you running. The stock Falken's are Load C1 and recommended air pressure is 37, so how did you decide on an air pressure for proper wear? Chalk test?

Running 32 psi, so much quieter then the Falkens plus the ride is better.

My '23 JTM on 37x13.5r17 on a MC GC 4.5 kit now. BUT I had it on those same wheels/tire on stock suspension with only 300 miles on the clock.

Mine is the HVY and my buddies Hydro Blue on a MC GC 3.5 kit with 37x12.5r17s
