More pictures of how it sits at different settings.
1st picture is on the bump stops.
2nd picture is setting 1.
3rd picture is setting 2.
4th picture is setting 3.
5th picture is manually holding the up buttons on the pad till it stops going up. Wouldn’t drive like that but it is useful in leveling the truck at a place to camp.

This is awesome. Which one is “normal” ride height? Is it pic 3?

Not disagreeing with you. Like I already stated. I don't own an accuair lift (such as yourself). I just stated what the rep told me.
I have the Mojave model which started 1" taller than a Rubicon and ACCUAIR has a specific Kit for this model. The amount of lift is determined during the calibration step. The kit also includes longer sway bar links to accommodate the lift.

We usually drive on the highway on setting 1 which is picture 2. But the normal ride height is setting 2 which is picture 3.

Once again, not disagreeing with anything you're saying nor am I saying you're wrong because I don't own an accuair kit. Again, I'm only stating what I was told by the rep.

You (obviously) have first hand experience. 👍🏽

Ok now is the time I look at lifts. I like the Accuair as I can raise it or lower it anytime. But is almost the $7-8k worth it. Those of you that have it installed, do you like it and was it worth the cost than just going with a 2.5” lift? Sorry newbie here.
I bought the Kit last year and installed it myself. It is not hard but takes time. And finding air leaks can be frustrating. I had a Mopar 2” lift that I had installed by the dealer and it was fine. But wanted a little more clearance off-roading. This now sets at 4” height in middle setting. It has proven very helpful when needing to lean away from trees and rocks in tight spots. And in the highest setting (about 6” over stock height) it definitely helps reduce scraping. The ride is not as nice as the Mopar lift. I suspect the JRI shocks are tuned stiffer rhan the Fox 2.0 shocks in the Mopar lift. Or maybe the air bags are stiffer than I thought they would be. They do now offer a piggyback shock set as an option.
When you look at the cost of other quality 4” lifts, it is still a premium over other premium kits. Local shops wanted $4000+ to install it so I did it myself. I also just went to 37” KO2 tires.

Yea, the cost is high. it was quite a bit cheaper last year when I bought, and got a little discount then, too. A 4” Metalcloak or Teraflex was about $4-5000 depending on shocks at that time. So I was willing to pay more for the flexibility it could provide. Works great off-roading, and I like being able to lower it when on the highway to reduce wind and body roll.

I installed mine also and I agree with Trekkor2020 that it is not a hard install but it does take some time.

The problem I see is you are taking a suspension designed for springs and installing air bags. Would be better if it was designed for air from the beginning .

I have my crate sitting here in the garage to install. This is the only lift that pays for its self! You lift 2" you will lose 2mpg minimum hehe. I will drive setting 1 on the HWY and in 1 millions miles! My lift is FREE! Also don't forget! Also, it is a range extender! Now if you plan to do a 3-4" lift then you lose 3-4mpg so the pay back is even faster! Their no lift on the market that offers this! This was how I sold it to my wife and it worked! Also told her that the mother in law can be loaded in with EASY now and level her out!

I’ll have to check the drive shaft at full lift. I never planed on driving it like that so I never looked.
I’m interested in how the steering works. The track bar should be way off at different heights without adjusting it. And the drag link should make the steering wheel off centered. Am I missing something? Are the axles way of centered at very low and very high adjustments?

The steering works great. You set the axle to center with the adjustable track bar. Then set the the steering wheel to straight at the 2 setting. The difference between the 1 and 2 settings where you drive on the road is very minimal. You don’t really know the difference. On the 3 setting it is a little different but you are off road so it doesn’t really matter if it is off a little. At 25 mph it resets itself to the 2 setting so it is back to straight. At the 3 setting the axle is a little off center but slow off-road it doesn’t matter and you don’t notice it.
