Thanks to Benny @AllMoparParts.com. I got everything we needed and my son and I replaced the bumper shell… That he damaged backing into his boat trailer. When he borrowed the gladiator because his Ram was in the shop.

Wouldnt it have been easier and lighter on the wallet to just pick up one of the many that people post for free when they trash the plastic?

I think I’d need to take the body off the frame to get it cleaned up enough first. It might be too late.
When I had my Tacoma I brought it into a place that put it on a hoist and cleaned the whole underside. I asked them if it was an issue that this truck has been off road in some messy places and they said no. They showed me photos of some of the trucks they had done and the piles of dirt and crap that they cleaned out.

Maybe that’s something for me to consider. Thanks.

Didn't do anything to the truck, but did get the tent mounted to the rack that we built Sunday for camping with the truck. Gonna test it out next weekend at Overland South.

One would think, but we checked for over a month and even the 4x4 shops around me don't have them. Most on Marketplace FB, were already trashed. They have a bunch of front bumpers (plastic), but apparently everyone on the eastern shore of MD, likes the rear bumper.

Tonight I finally took the time to install my @Metalcloak Sector Shaft Brace. Wasn't too bad, as always drilling in the bottom of something always sucks bc of the falling hot crumbs. And the riv nut bolt "install tool" they sent want quite right. I had to add a nut that was bigger than the bolt head so that my wrench weren't catching at the same time. All in all not too bad of an install just a tad annoying.

Yes it is. I removed them for a while when we took a trip through Zion National Park. The camper extends maybe a third of the way over the freedom panel. So you can still get a decent view and feeling of it being open.
I’m thinking about getting a lone peak and am wondering how the added weight has affected the ride along with the wind noise/resistance. Also has your mpg gone down? Thanks!

Mine come on either in reverse or with aux switch.
Almost went that route but didn't. Don't need them most of the time. Can always change it if I want to.
Mine are controlled with #3 and #4.

They are wired to reverse via a relay, but #4 locks them out so they won't turn on. That switch is active (on) anytime the truck is on. The way my house is laid out they are a bit bright on the neighbor across the street, so I just 'unlock' them if visibility is really bad and I need them.

Switch #3 turns them on and off regardless of reverse.

I don't have a picture of my 2025 with 'em glowing yet, but think about this -me, out of the truck, door open, and yet the Oracle backup lights are on............. Yup - switch 4.
(3 is my winch solenoid)

Whelp...that time of year again...

Swapped out my BestTop SunRider top for the Freedom panels for the winter.

C'mon mid-late April when I can put the SunRider top back in.

I swapped just before my surgery, knowing I'd not be able to well into winter temps.
A lot quieter now............

and.............. nothing since back in September from either Bestop or Jeep customer support!!

Even when I lived in Colorado, I kept the Sunrider on year round, but no heavy snow loads on it. The freedom tops have been in their bag since January 2020. Now in Texas, it's Halloween, and it's still 83°.

The Hotheads Headliner for Sunrider is quite nice, almost quiet, just a little bit of noise right above each door.
