I added my black Diamondback SE last night. The process was relatively easy, of course, I had a very handy buddy helping. Looks good. Will post pictures when the weather here improves.

Love my diamondback HD. Glad you had help with it, I did mine on my own but ended up having to have my dad help me on mine due to issues from it being slightly askew from the self install.

Is that a 229?
I keep my 239 SAS in the same spot!
It's the Sig 365XL, basically the 365 super-micro compact with a little longer slide and barrel and larger capacity. I keep it there when I can't keep it on my normal carry location.

All Rubicon badging is outlined in red from the factory, not sure about Sport and Overland models. I had it wrapped at a local shop and cost was $500 but I also had other work done (Paint Protection Film and Ceramic Coating) so it was a bundle price.
My Sport (Sting Gray) came with all black lettering. I did find the Rubicon letters on Ebay. They have the gray text and red outline. I'm planning on doing the same black treatment on mine.

For what it's worth, I talked to a guy in the group who had this done just over the border from me in South Carolina. His place did it for $300. I talked to a tint shop who also does vinyl wrap, but they do more full body wraps and graphics. He shared some of his pricing. At this point, having watched a few youtube videos (famous last words) I'm going to try it myself. Pieces of vinyl small enough to do this job are relatively cheap (I bought more than I'll need for about $30. Then there are a couple of special tools and supplies (heat gun, squeegee & cutting tape) that total about $75. I think I spent $75 on the Rubicon letters for the tailgate.

The basic process will be:
  • Remove the Jeep lettering (I expect this will be the biggest pain. See other threads for removing with fishing string and goo gone).
  • Remove the backup camera.
  • Remove the tail lights.
  • Clean everything.
  • Wrap the tailgate, then the sides around the lights and wrap the camera.
  • Assuming that all goes well, install the lights, backup camera and apply the new Jeep lettering.
From everything I've read, worst case I suck at laying the vinyl and it peels off, no harm no foul. If that happens, I have a heat gun I'll use anyway and I'll take it to a pro, have them install the vinyl and the new Jeep lettering.

Their video shows the factory rubber mat being taken out. Yours is still in. Did you cut yours to fit back in or put the mount on top and cut holes for the screws to go through the mat? Looks good though!
You’re right sir! I did cut the mat, very carefully and fit perfectly! Looks like a completed finish!

I almost bought a Ram mount and all the crap to go with it. Then I thought, well I use Android Auto for my personal phone and I just want my work iPhone nearby. Not supposed to have them at your head anyway while driving, so why have all that clutter? This seemed like the most logical choice. Extra storage and mesh pocket for the phone.

how do those mount, not with the trail rail?
Hardware kit bolts behind the cargo rail system. after removing the rail you have to "POP" the rail off with a pry bar. Use caution but it takes some leverage to break the tape the factory used to hold the rail up.

Gave into the temptation today with a set of the Milestar Patagonia M/T's in 315/70/17. Didn't get a picture on the ground yet with all of the rain and flooding we had today. I'll get some this weekend. I'll have a lightly used set of Falken Wildpeak A/T's 285/70/17 for sale for anyone in the NC area who's interested.

I did some interior additions. Minor, but I liked the look:

Had the tailgate wrapped and extended around the tail lights. Saw this done and posted by other members with lighter colored rigs in Sting Gray and Billett and really liked the look.
Wasn’t quite sure if it would have the same effect on Firecracker but I gotta say I’m quite pleased with the final result.

I have an apt set to have this done, along with the raised portion of the hood. Matte black over GG. I think the tailgate strip should be standard lol. Looks so good.

Nice ! you will like them. The 7" mopar lights are super bright. I mounted mine in the exact same spot. After using them a few times, I ended up pointing them to the side and up a little bit. This allowed me to see better the trails coming up and the trees that might hit the top of the Gladiator. They can make a huge difference in your field of view.
