I removed this. Whatever the f*ck it is it's a 3G/4G GPS device.

edit: FML it's some remote start via phone thing and apparently there's an immobilizer bypass that goes with it somewhere on the truck that I now need to find.

Not today, but yesterday I installed an AEV ProCal SNAP to adjust my speedo for new tires.

Also, not today, but Friday, I threw some Kenda Klever 35x10.50r17s on my JT. It looks so much better now with the 1.5" level and 35s. I'm one of the weirdos who actually think the stock Sport S wheels look good, and I like them for now, but I'm going to be swapping them out in the next few months for something. I'm over the blacked out look, so I will either be going with a gunmetal or a bronze wheel. I'm happy for now though.

Plus 1 for the stock wheels with bigger tires

Installed the MPS JL Holster Molle Passenger Mount. It mounts to the passenger side of the Gladiator. Reach out to them for the "JT" laser cut VS the "JL" Great guys to deal with! JL, JLU JT Holster Panel You will need a E12 Torx bolt socket to remove the font seat bolt - I had to loosen the other side and rear as well to get the mount to slide under the seat rail - easy fast install looks great - bonus - you can still slide the seat full forward if you ever needed.

I have the same set up, I removed the plug in the side of the console behind the holster panel removed the screw, drilled a hole in the plug and put a longer screw with a washer thru the panel, it keeps it from shaking

I could have picked a cooler day to do this, but I've been wanting to get this done before a trip we're taking. While this may not look like much, it took a ton of research, finding parts, waiting on parts, watching videos, etc. There were several things I wanted to do at the same time, while I was doing this, so I started early this morning when it was cool and ended about an hour ago (after a few breaks in the AC) when it wasn't as cool.

So here's what I did, I replaced my sport fenders with Rubicon fenders and did the Quake LED DRL fender chop. I didn't, however, do what they intended for the chop. Typically they strip the inner liner and inner structure to gain more clearance. With my setup I thought that would be too much, so I took my time trimming and kept the inner fenders and inner structure of the fenders. I also added Teraflex quick disconnects, to take advantage of the new clearance. And since I was adding LEDs, I also upgraded the fog lights to Oracle LEDs and I added Oracle LED bulbs to the headlights. I'd like to invest in some full aftermarket LED headlights at some point, but I just haven't found a set that calls to me for the money they want. So, for now I replaced bulbs so I wouldn't have yellow lights with all the cool white lights.

For those who are picky like me, it seems as if the fender vents are a slightly different shape between the Rubicon and Sport. It's not awful, but I'll have to look into finding some Rubicon vents at some point.

How do you like the soft top? I pulled my hardtop and have been waiting for Bestop to come out with the bikini top. I have the soft top boxed up yet but just didnt love the way it looked in pictures.

Going for a drive after dinner. Letting it stretch in the sun for a few hours. Was usually top down all summer in my JK. I expect the gladiator will be the same, but I only have 70 miles on it having picked it up yesterday. May take it off completely most of the time, but like it so far.
