Definetley worth a hoist or a cart. There are a lot of nice some what cheap options!
I just ran across this video, going to try some of these cheap hacks.

7/16th hitch pin for a quick release. What grade? I'm wondering if an inferior one could break.

With it being a hitch pin, I would think at least a grade a 8 for shearing resistance. I wouldn't use it for an everyday use, but swap them in when you plan to go off roading and need the quick disconnect. The Hillman at Lowe's packaging doesn't list any grade of the pin. I might plastidip them to keep them quiet, but yeah I'd use them.

Edit: it's a clevis pin, so not the same as a hitch pin for strength. Still for temporary use, it would work.

How did you secure the Jackery? I was thinking of a similar setup.
It sits in a 5.11 Tactical Range Master Qualifier 27L padded bag. Stays put, it's padded, and the bag also accommodates the various other plugs/accessories.

Installed the APEX Badlands winch - easy install.
I am thinking of just doing 4 round LED lights(4"-5") on top of the bar vs a single LED square bar.

Yes, do 4 round on there. I've seen someone do 4 round, maybe Dorion, and it looks damn good. Personally hate light bars, almost as much as angry eyes.

Which side steps are those? It appears to be contoured and fits with an even gap from front to rear. Many of the ones I've seen are straight and don't follow the body contour, leaving larger gaps at the front and rear. Yours look good.

Installed a rubicon bumper today. Took longer then it should because I wanted my black tow hooks not the rubicon red so had to tear both bumpers apart. Plus I had to transfer the fog lights.

Also reversed the trail rated badge and added a blacked out Murcia flag.

The 3 piece Rubicon bumper seems to be recently in short supply. I have a few sites bookmarked and 2 of the 3 went from "add to cart" to "call for availability" in the last week. Waiting until next payday to buy one, may be waiting a while. Where'd you pick this one up, and pricing? Blacked out badges look awesome also.
