My JTR was not equipped with the tow package, just the Class II hole in the bumper (under the plastic bumper cover). I needed a 2" receiver for accessories (bike rack, kayak bed extension, tow hitch/ball). Initially looked at changing the entire bumper but cost and availability led me to this Curt receiver. Took less than 30 minutes and a beer to install, minus the trip to the store to get a 1/2" hex socket. Good solution for my intended usage profile which will not include towing anything over 2,000 lbs. Receiver is rated 5,000 lbs (500 tongue) which is more than the JTR rating.

From 315/70r17's to some used 37x12.50r17's.. Wheels went from gear offroad barricade's 0 offset to AEV Borah +25 offset in Galaxy with true beadlock.

Installed my afe rock basher muffler and pulsar engine module....holycow...spins the tires without even trying now

I installed the rock basher a month ago along with a afe cold air and the sound is great. My only problem is that I wasn't able to install the rock basher with the Afe facing down and after a long trip it now sags and rattles. Any suggestions?

holds 200# dynamic 500# static so i'd say no they have a max modular on for 300# 600#

Any pictures with the JK Pintlers on? I have the same situation but have not installed new tires on them. I was told they stick out more because of the difference in offset

I spent my smoke filled day installing the Z Automotive Tazer and Front Facing Cam. Pretty easy install thanks to the YouTube videos from Casy 250 and JTR Spartacus!

EGR window visors. The front ones don't use any adhesive, they just pop in with some twisting. The rear does use 3m adhesive. Windows kinda struggled to go up at first, but I believe after a few days things should settle in.

1- blacked out 4x4 Trail Rated Emblem. Going todo the JEEP emblems next week

2- Mopar Door Sill guards.

3-JEEP Valve stem Lids... Adds 10HP I think....

Bkinnell, I don't want to rain on your parade as they say but want you to know of my experience. I put those valve stem caps on my JT last fall. The salt and brine treatments used on the roads here in NE Ohio have "welded" them on to the valve stems. Mine goes in next week to have the tires removed, valve stems replaced, tires remounted and rebalanced. Just a heads up for you.
