No real impact on mine. Perhaps a tiny bit more noise, mpg minimal impact but then I went back to the others for summer driving about the time my JT started getting better mpg anyway.
I'd say minimal impact, none on handling, not on mine, anyway.

Thanks for the feedback.

What specific tires and size did you end up going with?

I literally bought a set of Rubicon wheels and tires, off a Rubicon JT - the Falken A/Ts, stock Rubicon stuff.
That way I could use those in badder weather and put the stock ones on to wear out in the summer on the highway.
I like the take-offs quite well but like the Overland wheels so when replacement time comes I may buy tires like them for the Overland wheels. More expensive, I'm sure, but hey - so was the truck! HA

looking at replacing my 2020 stock 255/70 R18 SL Bridgestone Duelers with BFG 285/70 R18 All-Terrain T/A® KO2 or maybe BFGoodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM3 LT285 /70 R18 127Q E1 RBL
don't really want to do a lift now hoping these should fit without rubbing

Before my Overland arrived, I had every intention of replacing the wheels with the Mopar beadlock look wheels but the more I look at my Jeep, the more I like the wheels, and the less I want to spend $1,400 on wheels alone, plus new tires. I went with the $195 tire upgrade and don't really notice that they look any better. Maybe when these tires wear out I will upgrade to something a little "Jeepier" but probably keep the stock wheels.

has anyone done 35s w/o a lift or leveling kit?

i want a lift but if i can forgo the cost and get the look i want i may go that way. i’m an amateur when it comes to anything tire related so if there is a chance of rubbing i’d rather not take the risk.

Just tried BGF 35's would have had to modify the spoilers a bit, decided to go with bfg 285/70/18 for my new overland

Spoilers?
Most vehicles only have one spoiler (save for the 71-74 AMX which has the spoiler made into the roof profile, and then they added the duckbill spoiler on the truck lid, too)
I honestly have to look to find images of a spoiler on a truck.

Maybe you refer to some other part?

I happen to like the looks of the Overland wheels better than the Rubicon wheels and with the other tires on them, like them even better.
I will likely end up some day selling the Rubicon wheels I have and going all new tires on my Overland wheels - and then have a matching spare since I have a 5th Overland wheel (but the Overland SPARE is a 17" so wasn't able to transfer the tire over to the OVerland wheel. Bummer)

those look nice! i do like the rubi wheels; but i don’t understand how people thing the overland ones aren’t nice.

may be a dumb questions, but are tires for 18” rims more expensive than comparable rubber in 17s?

For want of a word that best described the integral plastic part that both defects the flow of air and also prevents mud etc. from coating the back of the bottom set of lights (perhaps called driving lights) that is located directly in front of the front tires which if said tires are oversized will hit described plastic device. which is also referred to as an air dam that I erroneously called a spoiler. Wikipedia:

Air dam may refer to various aerodynamic devices:
