I think the instructions for the AEV geo relocation brackets should be updated to say on Mojave’s to use the 3inch holes instead of the 2 inch as the Mojave is already 1 inch higher. I also used the 2 inch and have the same caster as you. I’m going to flip the washers to the 2.5 -3” holes and have my alignment rechecked.

Will you please let me know if that works for you?

I emailed AEV. I won’t be home to measure until Tuesday, but here’s their response:

Most likely you'll use the middle, but you can measure from the top flat spot your spring seat on the axle to the bottom of your frame directly above it and see what suspension height you have. In a nutshell, the measurements break down as:
5” = 2” lift = location 1
5.5-6” = 2.5-3” lift = location 2
6.5-7.5” = 4.5-4.5” lift = location 3

I would recommend not overthinking and just use location 3...these Jeeps do not have enough caster from the factory (should have been 5.5 to 6 degrees for Rubicon) and with larger tires and lift you want more than stock anyway. You will not be able to add too much caster with these components.

The additional caster will help the steering wheel return to center and would increase the steering effort a but, which I think is a good thing.

Cheers

So what's the final decision on this? Mine is on the way.

My driving is limited to about 80 miles before the lift and 80 after. Seems to drive just like stock though.

I’m noticing a fair amount of “wander” at highway speeds. I’m wondering if getting the caster up will help that?

I'll have to hit a highway and report back, most of my driving has been 55-65 tops. Full disclosure: I did put on the Fox ATS steering stabilizer at the same time, but mostly just for looks...LOL.

The geometry brackets helped my truck with the wander

I have the geometry brackets but I think they’re set at the lowest position hence my lower caster? I’m at 4.7.

Ok I decided to hold onto the lift and we will see what happens. Thanks for the responses.
