Have you been able to pinpoint the area(s) that it's the loudest?
I live in central Oklahoma and know exactly the wind you're talking about. Even with my old 2013 JKU Sport with the cheap soft top and base stereo (as well as being lifted on knobby mud tires), I never felt like what you're experiencing. The only thing that was exhausting about driving it on our interstates and turnpikes was the upper body workout from trying to stay inside my lane, especially with crosswinds. It's often windy here and we usually don't have *only* straightline winds. It's always high winds with even higher gusts. Made it difficult and tiring at times to drive, but never had issues like what you're experiencing.
