I ceramic coat everything. Top to bottom. It really helps keep the plastics and rubber from degrading from the sun.

Did you swap out the entire lid or reupholster the existing one? If so, how difficult was it?

It was a direct replacement. I ordered the Mojave part numbered item from allmoparparts.com. The attached pictures are the entire assembly that I ordered (it has my old non-orange on it now). I took off the top upholstery part and only replaced it as it would have been much more work to replace the whole thing.

Finished up adding the Voswitch panel and front and rear yellow lights. I still have 4 open connections to fill that I'm not sure of what yet. I had some extra metal I bent to attach on the rear bumper that worked out well.

Finally installed the dead pedal that arrived a couple weeks ago.

So glad that sticker doesn’t show because I was too lazy to remove it before installation.

Gone up in the world...........

Fitted the teraflex 1.5" front spacers and Daystar .75" rears. I should now only have .75" rake but it doesn't look any less! I think ride is improved, seems less bouncy, but could be my brain 'looking' for a change having done something.

The longer Mopar lower control arms will follow and then that's all for the suspension.

Same. This is another one of those scary projects that seems to take forever and a lot of care. Seeing as most places want over a grand it’s a reasonable skill to learn.

In case anyone else wants to remove the rear headrest here is an easy way to do it without taking the rear apart.

Getting to know my truck a little better. I'm conscientious that the front end of this Jeep weighs 300lb+ more than its gas powered brethren. I think it helps in some instances and hinders in others.

Slowly pushing the angles of attack. Can't wait for the suspension/ bottoming out issues to get resolved.

Am I seeing it right that you're running the heat at 74 and have the heated wheel and heated seats turned on, all while it's 70 degrees outside?

Installed a Garmin Mini 2 Dashcam. Pretty cool little unit. Very unobtrusive. You use an app on your phone for setup and to review/save videos.

With drivers today you never know and I figure it may record some cool off road excursions.
