New wheels on the Falken 285/70’s. +12 offset. Glad I didn’t go -12. Took a couple weeks of talking myself out of going bigger on the tires. Glad I stayed with the 33’s. I really need to do something about the silver around the fog lights . Looks way worse with the bronze wheels

Bronze/Gold wheels look good on that color.

Installed the Tyger bull bar.

I had to remove my steel skid plate, as the ends protrude too far to accommodate.
I will be cutting the ends off of the skid plate so it will fit between the mounting points.

After a year of ownership, finally got rid of the plastic bumpers and replaced them with Metalcloak steel. And got a winch. And rear quarter rockers. And some KC LEDs. I might get some outboard air but this Jeep now has almost everything on my initial wish list. And even my 6 months into owning it wish list. D ring shackles are more green that I thought they'd be, so may take a rattle can to them at some point. And might go up a touch in tire size when these wear out, but I'm really close to done spending money on it, and I'm very happy with everything.

Thanks! I love this truck like a joke about a country song. Signing up for the Jeep adventure academy in Uwharrie if schedule allows and doesn't interfere with turkey season.

It does. I expected it to reuse the factory light, but they have one already installed in there. I had so badly wanted a Mopar bumper, but I wouldn't swap for those now. Metalcloaks are really well-made and the the rear rockers are a perfect fit.

Picked up my truck from Suntek ppf. Super happy with the job! I did the grill, hood, windshield frame, fenders, rockers up to the lower hinge, and tailgate from the top down to bottom of the handle/latch.
The truck is granite crystal, so I think this will prevent scratches etc.

Worked on my GMRS radio install. KG-1000G chassis mounted under steering wheel where factory 110V inverter would go, and control panel remotely mounted overhead.

hopefully finish wiring next weekend.
Is that a custom overhead mount for the control panel or is that something you found? I've been racking my brains trying to find something that gets a radio head unit up off the dash, and I'd rather not use the tray on the dash for it!

@the_visiting_fireman , it’s a Trigger 6-shooter overhead mount for the JL/JT.

https://triggercontroller.com/product/trigger-6-shooter-remote-mount/

I just made an Abs mounting plate for the front since it doesn’t come with a solid front surface and the he controls panel of the KG-1000G is slightly smaller than the mount.

I didn’t want to install a cross bar or molle panel for it, and block the view with the top off.

Beautiful. I just ordered the 305/17-17s on ION wheels with zero offset. What's the offset on your wheels? I just ordered a white Rubicon. It's like the color opposite.
