That is not what I expected to see... Shocks and Jounce?
Watch the jounce be too large and the shock valving too light.. but somehow the spring rate was fine.. lol

I don't know how they could make that Jounce much smaller, but oh well, I am not an engineer. Not sure how shocks are going to make that >2 inch gap wider... Maybe they are putting some Monroe Air Struts up front :CWL:

I’ve got the parts on order now through my dealership, I’m not sure how this could fix the issue but it’s a start…maybe.

Anybody who has already "fixed" this issue have any ideas on compensation?

Just took my tech out
I bottomed it out and he said it indeed is an issue.

Emailing jeep customer care as we speak. The tech said when we got back to the dealership and I quote

"Nothing much we can do besides cutting the bump stops and/or lifting it"

So here we go. It's confirmed on my Sport S diesel gladiator.

Hello @JeepCares

well crap, my dealership ?... I called to get in, mentioned TSB and they say it'll be 2 1/2 weeks before they can look at it, then they will order parts "if they determine it needs them" then I'd have to wait for parts... ?

Pretty sure the TSB parts list will be different for the other trims, since Rubicons have different suspension.

Maybe replacing shocks is cheaper for jeep than new springs?
