Have yall that went to 11.5 noticed any………noticeable difference on trail with the 11.5? I’d imagine it wouldn’t be a heck of a lot but tires are funny that way sometimes.

So far I’ve run mine for over 3k miles on mud, snow/sleet, slick river stones and some interesting gravel shelf roads in the high mountains at over 10,000ft. Also down in the desert on deep sand, sharp gravel, rocky ledges, some hairy steep dirt roads and dry riverbeds. Of course on highway dry and wet. On all counts zero complaints. Only once on a dry riverbed of really loose sand and golf sized smooth rocks did I have to shift to 4L to avoid digging in.

I think 11.5 is a good compromise. In my experience thinner likes to dig in and much wider likes to float on snow, water and lose stuff like gravel. Plus on the aesthetics I love the way the tuck under the fenders nicely.

But that’s just one guys opinion worth what you paid for it

The Rubicon X has the 4:10 as well so I didn't notice difference going from 33's to 35's on mine

I am looking hard at the BFG KO3, 37". From what I can tell, those will be 35.5"-35.75" when mounte and under load. The weight (according to BFG's specs) is 66 pounds which is lighter than the 35, 11-50x17 Wildpeak AT4. I want a tire that is 35" on the vehicle.

Now I just have to find a shop that has that size in stock.
