lol... You helped talk me into the level that I am getting rid of too..
I'm getting rid of my spacer lift, and going full-spring, myself... So, you're not alone.

oh I know.. Thankfully I did mine cheap & I can probably sell the parts I used for more then I paid. I got a hell of a deal on the Rubi TakeOff's so I am only into it about 175 bucks.

I've learned to never expect anything in my life to be monetarily positive when it comes to me and my toys...Be-it trucks, guns, fishing, boats, etc... I always lose my ass on everything. Kind of used to it by now, it seems to hurt a little less each time, now that I know to expect it. I honestly wouldn't know what to do if a windfall hit me. I'd probably think someone was playing a horrible practical joke on me. :CWL:

See & I am just the opposite. I shop hard & in most things I make money back when I move on. Tools have been the biggest. I been dabbling in restoring tools & with the exception of my cust put together air compressor its been a self sustaining hobby where I am selling things for 2-3 times what I got into them. I dont do it a lot, but its enough to buy the next tool to restore. My air compressor however I bought an 800 dollar used 2 stage, sold it for 650 3 years later which was ok with me. Bought what I needed to put together what pump I wanted & then ended up with a cracked receiver tank & couldn't find a suitable motor.. Ended up about 1000 over budget. Meaning I spent 1300 on it. My only consolation there is that it would cost me close to 3k to buy it new in the configuration I have.

I was dealt a shit-hand when I was born... I've tried having a more positive attitide in life, but that still didn't help. All that did was make me damn-near insane trying to smile while my world burned all around me.

I'm doing a bit better in life now, after losing everything I had 4 years ago...My job of 12 years...Which in-turn led to my house, my savings, retirement, credit score, everything else that wasn't nailed-down or paid-for... Things are looking up, but still nowhere near where I want them to be.

The flat top part of the concrete ramp is 3-feet tall. And I was nearly all the way up it. So, just shy of 3' of articulation and stuffing 37's with the swaybar disconnected and a 2.5" spacer lift on an otherwise stock Rubicon suspension.

How much offset on those wheels? Without replacing the stock rubi wheel and using. BFG all terrain in a 37. Could Ithe same result with wheel spacers? How is the trans at 75 -80 mph On the freeway? Are you in 6 or 7th? Did you use a taser to recalibrate you speed?

Those are 20x10 4.56 Backspace -24mm offset.

I am not a fan of wheel spacers... Seen too many break and have issues. Lots of Jeep people seem to run them, but I never will...Personal preference.

With the 37's, the 8-speed auto transmission hunts-around between 6, 7, & 8th gears a lot while on the highway. At 75 MPH mine stays around 2,400 RPMs in 7th (mostly stays in 7th gear in my area, as there's not much flat ground in Alabama) because I have not re-geared to 4.88 gears, and when it does hit 8th, it drops to around 1,900 RPMs @ 75 MPH.

Yes, I have a Tazer JL Mini and recalibrated my speedometer to the 37's. It made a huge difference after resetting it. I also have an iDrive unit to improve pedal response, and it makes a big difference in how this thing drives, too. It makes it feel like it has way more power than it did, even though none of the power has changed.

I went 35s thinking Iā€™d go through a set and ~30k miles then go to 37s. 35s are great on the road and fill the fender wells fine with a mopar lift, but honestly they start to feel kind of small when you get on the trail.

Jeep Gladiator 35s or 37s? 8F1E8999-DBF0-4654-A557-B62D5B565DF1

I like them. Definitely louder than the highway tires that came on it, but not as bad as the BFGs that I had on an old jk. I run them around 12psi, and have been very happy with them on medium trails. Also, I can still average 18- 20!mpg on the highway running back and forth between SF and San Diego.
They sucked in the snow, but that also could have just been my feather foot. ā˜ŗ
I donā€™t expect to get more than 30,000 miles out of them at the rate Theyā€™re wearing. 37s pats are coming after these wear out.
