Question, I keep reading about blown fuses in the install; are people not disconnecting both batteries? It's my understanding that you have to disconnect the at least the NEG. terminal of the 2nd battery from the actual main battery NEG. terminal to drop all current from the system.
I believe both batteries should be disconnected for the install. Others have reported that directly following the Mopar instructions can result in blown fuses. There are several fuses in the AUX wiring harness. If any of those are blown, the Uconnect update to enable the switches can fail.

Checked the vehicle after sitting another evening - no change in status.
Loaded the JScan App, now I see the 3 AUX settings others mention that need configured:
1. Aux Switch Module Present On/Off
2. Aux Switches in CSM On/Off
3. Aux Switch Settings On/Off

Ordered the vgate iCar Pro Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE) OBD2 Fault Code Reader OBDII Code Scanner Car Check Engine Light iOS iPhone iPad/Android
Ordered the AUGOCOM FCA 12+8 Universal Adapter Cable Adapter Compatible for Chrysler

THE FINAL RESULT
Used the JScan and found that not all settings were not enabled. AS stated above: 1. was Active, 2. empty, now set to four switches, 3. empty, now set to four. The fourth setting in the Jscan App is under Radio settings to enable the AUX Switch screen (Dealer Bad).

Found that the electrical tape holding the wiring harness wires together kept the plugs from seating all the way into the plug, you will hear an audible click when seated correctly. (My Bad)

Then to rub salt into the wound, tested everything, and nothing worked. Found the 5AMP fuse to the Relay Unit was now blown. The world is a better place now, and I avoided another $125 diagnostic charge by the Dealer.

Best of luck to others.

It took ~3 hours after the Dealer flashed my system to see the Aux menu under Settings.
Mine ended up being about 2 hours. The switches fully functioned but did not show so I knew everything was good. They look so much better compared to the half cubby.

Had the switches installed yesterday at the dealership.

I don't have anything installed to test the connections yet; but the switches light up when pressed. When you go into the radio menu, Aux Switches are there, I can program them without issue.

I hope to get some items installed soon to test them.

Has anyone seen a replacement switch bank that would replace the 12 volt/cigarette lighter looking outlet to the left of the media outlet? It looks like it would just pop out.

Finally, got into the dealer, and they programmed the LH2 sales code for the switch pod into the system. Cost was $62.50. The result is nothing, they are inoperable. Nothing new shows in the settings menu of the radio. Checked the fuses, a main and the 4 relay fuses - all good. :( Not real happy.

They had to order an intelligent battery sensor for the Auto Start/Stop. Not sure if that has any relationship to the switch pod.

Will give it a day or so to see if magically it comes alive before I tear things apart and check the wiring again.
Hey what was you screen saying when your start/stop wasnt working? I recently installed switches and now my screen says auto stop/start system needs to be serviced. Did the replacing of the IBS fix it?

The screen said "unavailable". The button lit up but didn't activate the S/S function. Had nothing to due with the switches; it just died by coincidence. The dealer had to replace some part (sorry, can't recall what it was). It was under warranty.

Has anyone had issues with the aux switches not illuminating after programming with jscan tool? Would that orange wire that you tap into maybe cause this if its not making contact ?

Yes, that can cause it. Also, check all the fuses in the AUX Switch harness. If any are blown, the programming won't complete properly.

With mine I went ahead and took it to the dealer and they claimed after replacing the IBS that it keeps popping fuses and that its the body control module ? When I installed the switches ess threw a service message so not sure if that orange wire being loose could cause that to happen too ?

So update to my issue i pulled everything apart and that crappy connector they provide for orange wire wasnt allowing contact so they illuminate now ! This also fixed my ESS error message on the dash also. The moral of the story is dont trust that crappy connector mopar includes in the kit and check your connections. Oh and that my dealership failed at diagnosing that this was loose wire and they like to throw parts at a problem.

I installed the AUX switches over the weekend.
Biggest issues:
The zip ties are too short and hard to wrap them around.
I couldn’t figure out initially that you need to poke a hole in the rubber to get the cables inside.
I didn’t have the tool to take out the orange cable pin - I used 2 thick needles and lots of patience.
The Uconnect system went into default mode and disable many features due to disconnecting the batteries. After a few hours Uconnect rebooted and everything came back.
Used JSCAN to enable AUX switches. They now work fine andsee the aux options in the Uconnect.
I did not connect the battery until the very end.
I’m having trouble getting it to show up in uconnect? I’m using JScan but not sure if I missed a setting in the app or what. Any help
