I would also like to know this, as I also have a diesel sport and what to run a true 37 without rub and would rather not have to cut the fenders.

Rusty’s 4” diesel kit with their 8000 series shocks.

also someone else asked about gearing. The diesel is content moving these tires with stock gearing.

Hit me up and let me know exactly when. We may have a wheeling trip!
Unfortunately I'm renting a minivan for a road trip. I don't think Avis will appreciate me off roading with their minivan :)

I'm going to one tons and have some parts on order anyway and won't have it ready to go.

these are method 701s 17x85 0 offset. It was a touch too tight under flex and against the steering stops in reverse so there’s a 1.75” wheel Spacer. These are the sport width axles diesels don’t have a max tow option.
How much shorter are the Sport axles vs the Rubicon/max tow ones?

66.5 vs 68inches. So 1.5inches wider
Thanks. I'm wondering if I could get away with running these 39s without needing wheel spacers like the other poster here. I have the same wheel size, offset, and backspacing but he ran a 1.75" spacer.

no. It’ll rub front control arms. If You don’t want to run spacers I’d suggest returning the wheels you got and getting something with a -18 or deeper offset. -12s had issues also. I waited almost 3 months for my wheels or I’d have returned them.

knowing what I know now, I would have got something -12 and chosen the 39/12.50 kanati mud hogs

I do however love the bfgs and i since I’ll be swapping axles this winter I see how reason to throw more money or time at this.
