☝What he said. I used the relay that came in the LP6 wiring harness and cut and spliced the harness to make it work. The leads are way to long for the gladiator. And I tied the amber side lights into the power wire so they are on whenever power is on.
Speaking of that harness, I was shocked they used 18AWG wire... I was dropping over a volt to the lights which can't be good with this "smart" alternator crap.

For those that have the voswitch setup, how are you hooking up your driving lights? Are you just extending the wires or some other way?

I’ve had Spod, SwitchPros, and I’m currently running VOSwitch on the Jt. SwitchPros has the best bezel and the ability to use the phone app is awesome. The quality is way above VOSwitch and spod overhead switch.

My driving lights are wired to the voswitch box under the hood.

Yeah, I should have refined my question more. I meant from the lights, are you just running longer wires to the relay box of the voswitch, not the voswitch controller in the cab. I did a little bit more digging and found a YouTube video of how a guy ran the wiring to the relay box. It answered my question. Thanks for input though.

No you have to find another place to mount it. They make a mount that uses the lower a-pillar bolt but people have found other options too.
This is Eddie’s design from WAY-A-LIFE. He added an optional plate to mount smaller radios and the front angled part is for the switch pro. I installed it last weekend, fut failed to run the wiring for the CB. I think I’m going to get the Switch pro before the full install so I can do it right the first time.

k…I think the little video was too large so I took screenshots. The bar/mount is stout. I’m 6’3 and over 300. It doesn’t flex at all or very little pulling myself up on it. My head doesn’t come close to it. Running a Stryker 10m radio has it well above the mirror view so an unobstructed view remains. Safer In my honest opinion for taller individuals than the cheese grader style that goes from the windshield hoop to the center main hoop.

1. Winch Relay.
2. KC Daylighters on the window pillar hinges. (130 watt Halogens, ea.)
3. 7 forward off road lights. 5 LED bumper mounted & 2 fender mounted.
4. 2 LED's on the Tower (over driver & passenger seats), for when the ragtop is down, aimed at 45 degree angles to light up sides of trails.

Remaining 3, "unswitched" circuits of AUX Power group.
5. Aux Sub-woofer (Ignition switched)
6. CB and GMRS radios, Radar Detector & trail NAV system (ignition switched)
7. Added 12v port on back of center console for rear seat, also powers a 300w Pure sine wave inverter. (straight to battery circuit)

Having Pure sine wave AC-110v in the cab made more sense to me than in the bed.
