I prefer B to keep the factory look. I second the comments on being plug and play. It's easy enough to tap into the wiring and do it cleanly, but I'd just prefer not to modify the factory harness if I can avoid it.

I would like the output of option A, but option B is the necessary choice for legal reasons. It would be easy to create a plug-and-play harness that T's into the US-CAR connector on the back of the Trailer Plug and taps into the reverse and ground lines.

The option to add the ability to manually activate the lights would be nice. It would have to be labeled with Disclaimers and Warnings, since that is illegal while moving forward on public roads in most states.

I choose option B but with the possibility that the red reflector part could be a running/brake light.

Option B to maintain the legality, since there are no other rear reflectors. I did the same with my Vision X kit and was really happy with how it turned out.

Option B, as I believe there is a requirement to have a rear reflector and I do not want to add reflector tape.
I'm ready to buy!

B is my opinion for as stated above, maintaining the reflectors. As a Traffic Crash Investgator visibility is a factor. Need to have a good reflector while parked to help avoid being struck. Also. If could make a red rear Fog integrated like the European cars would be cool too. Definitely needs to be plug n play. No splicing
