Bonus Points?

With your retro look you'll always earn bonus points. My Overland is also white with the black top. I've been thinking about the wind deflector +/- a black grill replacement. The stock running boards blend in perfectly.

I had the stock duratrac on my Ram Rebel. They got loud around 18000 miles. They also sucked in the snow but the model that comes sick is not 3 peak certified.
For your use I would look for a good tire that weighs less like Toyo at3 or NOKIAN ROTIIVA plus

With the Mopar Black Grille, I took the guts out of it, and put the silver Overland guts in. Looked like too much black to me, especially on an Overland. Added some headlight guards, that I painted silver as well.

I just got my JT Overland last Friday, so I don't have any long term experience. That said, I pulled the stock tires off an went with GY duratracs. I think they are very quiet and the ride seems smooth. I have stock suspension and wanted something more aggressive.
So far I love them.

Those tires look great on your truck and the stock rims fit with the color. I just don't care for them with the bright white. Sigh, too bad my dealer didn't have the Granite.

I didn't pick out all the effort you put into the grill. Looks nice.

So easy to do, even I could do it. It's like one of those old AMT "No Glue" models. Clips and snaps together. Gotta watch the layers, and their order.

Happen to have the part number for the grill and a link to a place to buy it, I went to buy some eom parts to de-badge some colors on a Jeep I did not like and the part numbers made no sense and then when I thought I found the right one somewhere else it was a knock off of the oem product.

Looks great, thanks

Down side of the Duratrac is they are only a available in a load D and E for your size wheels. They will be a more harsh ride than you currently have. I had the P rated (passenger) on my 4 dr wrangler and they rode great and had wonderful winter traction as well as looks.

The BF KO2 you can find more sizes in a load C which is what the Gladiator should have and what originally came on it.

As for the load range, I can’t tell a difference.

I can’t remember, but my duratracs are either the d or e.

Ive liked mine so well, I just put a set on my 16y.o. daughter’s Xterra. The ones in the X areoad range C.

My JT rides better with the D/E than her vehicle with the C.

I don’t think you’ll be able to tell much difference.

Edit: Besides, the USAA discount is quite significant and should make any argument against the duratracs moot.

Yep.
Another vote of the GY DTs and BONUS!!! you get a discount.

Like them so much, I bought a full size spare.

Discount Tire has matched the Goodyear quote which is 25% off. I've seen some pretty decent deals on take off tires and rims, but going with new ones gives you lifetime rotation and balance at DT which adds up long-term. Should get the Rubi rims in the next few days.

I had Duratrac's on three of my F-150. Living in Ontario and Canada, i don't care what anyone say the Duratrac's ROCK THE SNOW! I Rarely used 4wd, just the locker with 2wd and never an issue. With that being said SC doesn't get much snow. I didn't use winter's with my Duratrac's and I usually got 50,000mi's (80,000ish kms) out of them. I didn't find them bad for noise. Off roading, I used them mostly on fire road and logging roads, again through snow and mud and lots of crap and they performed EXTREMELY well. I never used them for rock crawling so I cannot comment there.

A Canadian's 10c so about 2c US :D

Love my KO2s but if I were buying a road tire it would be Duratrac without question. They are probably best in the segment in ice, snow, and rain while being very quiet and good enough off road. The weakness (which might have been fixed so who knows) is that they were a 2-ply sidewall when I was shopping and a soft one at that. Several people complained about piercing sidewalls on rocks and roots and my local shop pushed me away from them despite a higher margin.

To be completely honest with you, I'd be cross-shopping AT3s and other options for AT tires over the KO2s. I like them, but there are better options out there - there were just a lot of availability issues due to COVID when I ordered mine and KO2s were the only ones that were going to make it in time for a scheduled trip.
