I could easily do that... So far they are all using generic lights... The lights I am currently using are these

kemimoto UTV Chase LED Tail Light, Chase Brake Light Bar with 5 Modes(Strobe, Courtesy, Reverse, Running, & Brake) Compatible with Polaris RZR Ranger Can Am Maverick X3-1.75'' to 2" Roll Bar https://a.co/d/5fDJrzB

So far filament wise to print, it takes a full 2.2lbs roll to print at $25 - $30. So I would gladly sell the 3d prints for $100.

Just so everyone knows, I am very transparent, I will gladly share what it cost me to make the lights when done. But remember, that will not tell how much I spend on r&d.
I do like those lights. It's too bad the courtesy light isn't available in red for the side marker.

Are you planning on a separate side marker for this one?

Yes I already have side markers in hand. Just haven't installed them. Have to measure and figure out exactly where to put them. Each side will have 2.

These are what I will be using on my personal vehicle and what I have in hand.

Truthfully, for the ability to even get the molds, uncut, with no modifications, I would gladly pay a pretty penny.

I am liking the chase light setup. Keeping an eye on this thread for sure.

So are you going to be able to incorporate the side proximity modules? If so I am in.

Basically. It would be nice to have a blank slate to put whatever light in there we wanted, but, now that I think about it, molding it for the design you have (seems like (2) 2.5-3inch lights) isn’t A bad idea either

Unfortunately there is no flatness to the blank to be able to put a light. You would literally need a 1 " wide light strip to be completely flush. That's why all my designs have the lights protruding out and not completely flush.

There's a chance I might. Might even give the files away to everyone to print their self. But last time I did that, people started selling them.

At the moment they are bolted in with the two bolts like factory, and I made the rear slip into a grove I designed. Might rework this but I actually like it.
Partner up with a 3D printing shop that has an online store and split the profits. Doesn't waste your time and should prevent a lot of people using your IP for their own profit.

A few pictures for today

The first picture , I didn't realize it but the sun had already began melting my print, so it was warping away from the body of the truck. Have to use a better printing filament like abs, asa , or poly carbonate .

Really like the look on the passenger side. Can't wait to see it come to fruition.
