What options are there besides the Oracle and Vision-X lights, and how is the quality?

I've looked at Oracle, and they have a 15% off sale, but there are a lot of threads here on quality issues.

Well, I can tell the Vision X is not any better. Ran a set on my 2021 Willys and the powder coat on the faceplate mount bracket is crap and will show rust pretty quickly.

I have a pair of S2 Pro from BajaDesign (who was recently purchased). They have been stellar. All aluminum, and zero rust nor flaking of the powder coating so far. Mine are not a 'integrated' option with the factory bumper. But they do have an option for that with the S1 series.

Doesn't KC also have an option?

Quality with their backup lights? That's new to me.
i've seen talk of tail light issues, but my Oracle backup lights have so far been in 2 Gladiators - who knows about the future.
My truck has been crusted stern to stem with ice and slush and packed snow and when plowing I sometimes have to back up hard into the snow I have piled up (and packed) to get turned around and make another pass. No damage.

Perfect - can't say, can't compare to anything else, but I'd buy them again with no reservations.

I'll look at Baja and KC. I have a set of KC lights, off my previous Overland, that hang under the rear bumper.

That's good to hear. I was concerned about Oracle quality, due to all the threads on the tail lights. With the new High Altitude, I am looking at something to go in the bumper, instead of under it.

I appreciate the feedback. I did a quick search on Amazon, and the only thing that showed there was the Oracle and Vision-X.

Here you go. They were hard to find. They are not listed under the "JT" options for some reason.

Looks like VisionX has an option too. But based on what @Hootbro said that might not be a good option

If you don't mind doing some leg work, you can mount whatever flush mount lights will fit in the bumper with this reflector delete kit. Just mark and drill your holes, and paint or powder-coat the plates afterwards.

I had a set of Rigid ignites on my old Go-Rhino bumper that would work with these for referance.

Nice bit is they keep compliance with federal and CA regs on rear reflectors (probably barely, but no inspector can crap on you about it)
They are bright as heck.
So it looks like you have perhaps 2 or 3 options anyway. You can choose whatever would work best for you or however you wish to wire - which may be using that trailer connector pigtail again for simplicity.

I would love to hear more about your new HA - dang near bought one in 2022 when I ordered my Overland - was REALLY close. Sort of wish maybe I had - it would have given me the wider axles and my wife would have liked the nicer appointments of the HA.

Oracle, I've had both the tail lights and the back up lights for over 2 years.. GUESS WHAT ..THEY WORK FLAWLESSLY.. NO ISSUES! I remember a study in the auto industry 2 decades ago: an unhappy owner will tell 11 others - a happy will tell 3 ! I'm Happy with Oracle products.
