2020 Overland, CarPlay just stopped working. Changed USB cable to Apple cable, nothing. Tried new cables in all 3 USB ports, still nothing. I pulled fuse 97, waited overnight, went thru multiple cycles, still nothing. Disconnected battery for a few hours, still nothing. Removed Uconnect from phone, still nothing. Phone charges, but does not start CarPlay when plugged in. Works fine in my wife’s Ford. Any ideas out there?

Yes, Tazer. I’ve had it for years
That may be whats causing the problem. Try removing the tazer and reset back to stock, and see if carplay starts working again.

My Android Auto would NOT connect yesterday at all. 2023 with AA wireless adapter. No tazer installed. I haven't tried anything other than resetting everything on my phone. We'll see what happens today...

With the latest AI updates to IOS, make sure Siri is enabled. Carplay will not work without it enabled.

This may sound funny but try cleaning your charging port. My iphone was charging but no Carplay on a recent trip to Florida. I used a toothpick and pulled a bunch of lint out of there and it went back to working normally.

Edited to add: if you're using VPN, it will mess with Carplay as well, so turn it off and see if that helps.

Recently had this problem on the wife’s 23 Rubi 4xe. Initially it wouldn’t work but after a restart it would be fine for a while. Then it just quit. Tried everything you have read here and more. Took it to dealer and they replaced the port assembly on the dash. I have read online somewhere the problem is actually with poor quality cables that are plugged into the back side and remaking the connection may have been the fix.

Did you remove the phone the truck? So there are NO DEVICES showing up in device management.
then repair bluetooth connection.
Yes… removed it from everything
May be way too simple but mine worked after I rebooted my phone.
Tried rebooting phone, no luck
