3 chances to overfill it, not fill it, overtighten the filter housing, strip the drain plug, and God only knows what else.

Maybe they should give the option, oil change, or carwash. I'm down for 3 free car washes.

I tear the flap off the end of the filter box, showing what was installed, and write the date, mileage, and oil weight and brand on it, and drop it in the glove box with receipts.

This is what I do, except for saving the receipts. By the time you need them, they'd likely be faded to oblivion anyway

With some receipts, like batteries, I make a copy and put with it, others I stick inside the middle of the owners manual to minimize the fade from heat and light.

I think it's only 2 for the 2023 models. That being said, I will only use them if I absolutely have to in a pinch or something. I just don't like other people touching my vehicles.
This ā˜ ā˜ ā˜ Not a single one of those was used by me. For get that. I don't even trust them to put the oil plug back tight. I been doing just fine without them touching my stuff.

Just remember you get 3 free oil changes under Jeep waze
Only 2 freebies on the 2024’s……. You can buy more of them. I’m curious how that would compare to a regular dealership pricing.

Oh and they put my drain plug on tight, all right ... I had to get out a breaker bar to get it off

I used the 2, because I feel its not free or complimentary it was part of the purchase .. and they would not just give me 2 filters and 10 quarts of oil (trust me i asked) and yes I do take the shampoo, when i get a hotel (I need camping supplies)

On my first Jeep Wave oil change (at 2000 miles) I had the tech install the Fumoto Drain valve and return the original plug to me.
No issues at all and now when I do my own changes it’s so much easier…

Well of course… everyone understands that…..

I’m still curious how much ā€˜buying additional changes’ thru the Jeep Wave program versus the cost of going to the dealership directly.
