At the dealership this morning hanging around the service area. This wrangler is riding on 40’s so I thought I would see how they have built up the suspension. Not a pretty sight. I don’t know how this person is not having issues. Zero adjustable control arms.

For some reason I laughed seeing the front diff fill plug staining. Goes along well with the other lacking attention to details of the suspension issues.

That is the stuff one gets when they do a build for a "look" vs. function.

Whats the passenger side look like? Is the trackbar out of adjustment?

I'm going to assume it's an early JLU 2" Mopar Fox spring lift kit. The early versions had that bow issue, whereas the later versions corrected it with a stronger axle pad perch that didn't deform like the early ones did, causing the bow.

But...it's quite possible the plug is stained because he checks the level on a weekly basis. Just like the zerks on his disconnects, all nice and clean ready for the grease gun. JL owners on 40's are proactive.

Looks like the bracket is folded. Must be a pure joy to drive and steer down the road. Especially on those wonderful tires
Are you seeing the tire wear pattern I'm seeing? Not good.

I enlarged and looked at the bottom end of the spring - something isn't right down there.

Here I was thinking my springs were bowed out pretty bad, that guy definitely has me beat. I wonder if it’s a diesel too, I haven’t found springs that can hold the weight for over 50k miles yet.

I also dont see anything wrong with the tires 🤷‍♂️

Passenger side had the same outward bow. I did see an adjustable front track bar dull gray in color so I don’t know brand. The control arms looked like stock Mopar so my guess is that this was a 2inch Mopar lift. I mentioned the springs to the service advisor and all he said was don’t start. I’m guessing owner was in the waiting room. I’m not sure what the service visit was for.

This was a Sahara. I believe the Willy’s and rubicons have beefed up axles.
