There are only 3 rigs that come with solid axles on the market now, the Jeep Wrangle, the Ford Super Duty, and the Ram 2500-5500. That narrows down to one rig if you don't want to drive the largest trucks on the public market. Please leave it alone.
Yes!!! I need a truck that fits into a parking spot as well as squeezes between trees and boulders.

Normal people crack me up. "Jeep sucks". No it doesn't, tell me you can't drive without telling me you can't drive. Tell me you don't wheel without telling me you don't wheel. Tell me you don't understand what an enthusiast vehicle is without saying so. tell me you don't understand enthusiast vehicle maintenance without saying so.

Jeep JT/JL is designed to do a handful of things and it does them better than anyone else. Its an offroad machine that is street legal, vs these SUVs and trucks that can go offroad. IDK who TF buy a solid front axle vehicle and expects it to handle like a sports car. Jeep isn't to blame, the average human's entitlement and delusions is. We all buy our Jeeps for a reason. But if you bought just because you thought it was some "cool kids club". Well congrats u played yourself. Jeeps aren't a trend, or a comfortable daily. They are honed offroad machines that can do other things. And if you don't offroad it, you bought the worst midsize pickup on the market. just my two cents. And if you did buy it to look awesome, well being pretty ain't easy, and looking cool ain't cheap. This is a people problem not a Jeep problem.
Nailed it

Exactly. I've owned a variety of vehicles over the years from sports cars to 4x4's - you can't compare the them as they are different vehicles.
Heck, even my SX4 vs. Javelin comparison would read;
Javelin - go anywhere there are roads or streets and get there very fast (as long as the header collectors will clear, that is.
vs.
SX4 - go through snow and mud and rocky terrain, streets or not - but don't expect to get there quickly.

Some people just hate fun, I bet they don't like MX-5s either.

Fast forward a few hundred years….

We were hit by an asteroid and humans became extinct like the dinosaurs. A species from another planet actually starts to inhabit earth. Can you imagine their reaction when they figure out how to access computer storage drives? We will look like a bunch of geniuses OR idiots depending on whether they see actual science or Tictok first.

All good-I would never drive a Mustang....
Mustangs tend to be hit or miss. I got to drive a S197 with a built stroker of the 4.6 paired to a T56. Boy that was a fun and rowdy 420 whp car. It was soulful, tasteful, and unforgettable. Test drove a new 10 speed 5.0. Yeah thats wasn't it. Its a sports car, by definition and a bland one at that.

Its a shame they gave the ineos a BMW shifter. They could've put a jeep shifter on it and it would've fit better. They use the same ZF8 trans just a different variant. My only gripe about it to be honest. The co developed B58 by Toyota/BMW is a good competitor to the 3.0 Hurricane if we ever get it.

I think it will be the same if the Jeep Recon hits the market. It will not be a real Jeep experience at all…

looks like a dig into the new landcruiser market. Which is dumb imo. If someone doesn't want a wrangler and there in the market for a vehicle of that class. you not gonna convince em into a different Jeep. This will be another ok cool but I'll never own one. Just like the new Defender.
