Don't put springs for a gas JT in a diesel. Get something appropriate. Why would you even consider something like that?

Do you really need 4"? I mean, if you're going to run massive tires, OK. Not trying to be a dick. But wanting you to be honest with what you actually need. Otherwise, you're going to have a truck that might "look" sweet, but will ride and perform like a $hitbox.

The AEV regular load springs are going to be over 3". You could always add a small spacer. The AEV HD springs will give more height if you aren't VERY loaded heavy in the front.
Yeah you basically missed everything I said there. I’m NOT considering running the gasser springs, I’m looking for an alternative front spring for the diesel.

The kit I’m buying is for the gasser. Literally everything works for the diesel just fine, except for the front springs. So I’m looking for diesel springs that give 4” of lift. Not 3 inches but more height if you aren’t VERY loaded heavy in the front, 4 inches. Very simple question.

Gotcha, I misinterpreted the post. I think the aev HD would get you really close.

the standard is over 3”, with a steel bumper and winch.

But, springs work in conjunction with each other (front/rear). I would try to get something matched.
Also keep in mind, despite the engine being up front, some of its weight is carried by the rear springs.

I installed the lift a month or so ago. This is what I put on it.

Clayton 2.5" Overland Plus
* Swapped out for HD Springs from Clayton
* JKS Front Track Bar (After talking to a mechanic we both agreed the JKS seemed a bit beefier) and I already had it so I installed it instead of the Clayton track bar that came with the kit.
* I picked the Overland Plus over the Premium after a conversation with Clayton. In simple terms the Overland was lower maintenance.
* 2.5" over 3.5" because frankly I am super short and from what I read the 2.5 would give me closer to 4" anyway.
FOX PERFORMANCE SERIES 2.0 IFP SHOCKS
* This was somewhat Budget driven and somewhat experience with Fox products driven. I really liked the ride of the stock Fox shocks and have always run Fox shocks on my Mountain bikes with great success. Plush ride and limited maintenance has been my personal experience.
Fox Performance Series 2.0 Steering Stabilizer Shock
* I had picked this up from Facebook Marketplace a month or two prior. I don't know if it is really any better than stock but it was a steal for a lightly used part so I bought it.
In case you are wondering, I am running 17" Icon Wheels with 37" Falken Wildpeak A/TW3's.
* I LOVE these tires and Wheels. The wheels have rub guards on them and the tires are quiet adn smooth on the road where I spend 95% of my time. However, I live and wheel in KY with some nasty sticky mud and these tires have not failed me yet. I had BFG KM3's and really liked them but they got super loud as they aged and where a bit squirrely on wet roads at highway speeds. The looked cool though, :).
The result has been outstanding, no sag in the back with all of the weight of a topper, foof top tent, camping gear, filled yeti 65 and 270 Awning.

We went wheeling last weekend and I had a chance to re-run some trails that I am familiar with. This meant I could open it up a bit and see how it performed at high speeds on a tight tree lined trail with mud, rocks, holes, etc. I usually would run this trail at around 10-12 MPH, I don't know exactly how fast I was going because I was white knuckling it a bit. I do know that my front sway bar reconnected almost immediately and never disconnected again. I think the trail was smoother and the truck was floating over the holes and not bouncing off rocks like it would at lower speeds. My guess is I was doing around 25-26 MPH and it was freaking awesome!!!

My opinion of this configuration is that Clayton paired with the Fox shocks and 37" tires was perfect and provided an amazing ride off road and just as importantly on road at 80MPH. Thanks @Clayton Off Road for speaking to me on the phone and answering my dumb questions.

I loved this setup so much I ordered and installed the Clayton control arms on my Wife's Wrangler that has a 2.5" Teraflex lift. She had a lot of bump steer with the setup and sometimes some popping noises. I believe it was from the geometry being off. No more bump steer or random noises and she loves it which makes my life better.

Would be interesting to see what that looks like with a side shot and all that stuff removed on level terrain.

I believe the Diesel runs 3.73 gears and I haven’t felt the need to regear. Plenty of power and comfortable at hwy speeds or on the trail.

I have the AEV 2" spacer lift on my Willys. Drives like stock. Now with a bumper and winch the rake is even more pronounced. I may consider adding a small spacer to the front to get it back up a bit. I don't want it level as I will tow with it, but a slightly les pronounced rake would be better. I'm already dreading redoing those damn control arm bot torques again. It would probably be a better option to get a taller set of front springs out of a Rubicon.....I'm not sure.

You shouldn’t have to touch the control arm bolts at all when doing a spacer. I’m on 2.5” spacers and only touched 5 bolts on each side. 90 minutes and the front was done.
