they dont mention anything about needing to unlock the PCM. I will assume for $500 that is not included...I sent them an email asking some questions.
699 with tuner and pcm unlock according to their website

I didn’t realize the v6 could run on e85
Me neither and if the truck isn't intended to be run on ethanol with the proper materials, that's a bad thing for long-term durability of the fuel system. Aluminum and rubber do not get along with ethanol.

Definitely interested in a 91 tune that gives new options for shift points though.

Since you have to get the PCM unlocked, what happens if you get an update flash from the dealer for say a recall? Would you have to get the PCM unlocked again?

I’m wondering what changes there are to MPG.

I should have specified - the 87 or 91 tunes. Not the E85. Last I knew the Gladiator wasn't designed for Flex Fuel.

They are really good with the Ford Ecoboost 3.5 and have some stuff for the Coyote.

If they pick up 50hp, whats the fuel mileage gonna be? 10mpg??

Typically tuning doesn't kill normal gas mileage other than the right foot giggle factor, it's just focusing power over emissions with advanced timing and a little more fuel in the right places. The power comes sooner so you don't push as far into the throttle unless you want to at which point yes, your MPG falls.

yes, but E85 requires 30% more fuel...

I’m sure the tune compensated for the fuel mix, but just to confirm what others are saying here is a photo.

Yeah I mentioned that above but it's definitely not 30% more (at least not in practice... haven't cared enough to bother to look at the science). I managed about 10-15% less MPG in my old Ranger the times I got to try E85 and there is a definite improvement in power at least on that sluggish 3.0L
