max tow or not ?

I have a 2020 gladiator altitude but It has 3.73 gears so idk can someone help me out please I just need to know if it is a max tow and what is my tow rating

If it has 3.73 it's not Max Tow. According to your spec sheet, you have standard tow package.

Your Sport with auto transmission and regular tow package is rated to tow 6000lb with 600lb tongue.

not max tow. Max tow has 4.10 gears, also your fender flares would be a little different.

Because that comes with the regular tow package?

There's essentially 3 tow package options: Basic, Standard, Max.

Basic doesn't have a receiver, bigger alternator, or fan. Standard gets those things. Max adds on 4.10 gears, wider axles, and suspension changes.

Since we're just talking tow packages, you can't get a Max Tow package on Rubi or Mojave, so that's not really relevant. Let's not confuse things if we don't need to.

No. Wide axles and 4.10 gears do not by themselves equate to Max Tow. They are part of the Max Tow package, but there's more to the package than just that. Think of it along the line of how installing lockers in both axles of a Mojave doesn't magically make it a Rubicon by default.

lets compare. What does the MAX tow have that the Rubicon doesn't I am curious now.

My Gladiator has:
Wide HD axles w/ 4:10
Heavy duty cooling
270 amp alt
trailer tow package w/ flat and round connectors

It does not have:
brake controller
LSD
the extra 700 lbs tow capacity rating of max tow

It looks like my Mojave X has all of the components of a max tow package to me? The Mojave X is equipped with all of the features of the Max Tow Package. The extra 700 lbs may come from the GVW differences, but that seems like a lot. Tru-lock diff is a limited slip diff, just like the Trac-lock, when the locker is not engaged. Shocks are also upgrades, but the rear springs are rated a bit softer than the sport. Maybe the 700lb difference there! Am I wrong in this thinking, or am I missing something?
