Here's the link.. I'd describe the truck as immaculate. Never had a single hiccup or problem with it. It has like 1 scratch on the tailgate thatll buff out and the interior is pretty much 99% flawless. It has NOT had the clutch recall performed. For anyone interested:

Nope, just trying to point someone in the direction of a well-taken care of JT that's only seen pavement. I only crapped my pants ONE time in the driver's seat.

Interesting. I sold my W204 C300 to Caravan for $15K. It popped up a week or so later for $17K and sold relatively quickly. The $2k delta was worth it- I didn't have to deal with mouth breathers lowballing me, asking if it was still available, or best of all- absurd trade proposals.

Interesting, I had the opposite experience. About 6 months ago I decided to upgrade my wifes car from a 2016 Acura TLX to a 2018 Mercedes. Looking around I figured it was worth about $17k and I decided that I'd probably take $16k.

Dealership offered $14k, Carmax $15k, some other one offered $15k and Carvana offered $16k. I went with Carvana.

Location might have a lot to do with it as well?

Definitely. At one point, dealers in my area couldn't even buy pickups coming in at the end of leases. They were all getting taken back and then shipped to Texas and further west. Prices were way higher out there.

I see they're asking $33k. What did they pay you for it?

I'm Interested as I just bought my 22 JTRD a month ago and just for fun entered it on Carvana to see what they'd pay and they came back with $39,600. Sounds like mine being Rubicon and Diesel made a BIG difference to them.

They paid me 27.6 for it
They made a little over $2k gross on mine at $17K and change, and $5400 gross on yours.

No wonder the company's financials were dogshit not long ago. The overhead has got to be insane and require a massive sales volume just to keep the lights on.

With mine they had at least 4 employees involved: the "appraiser" who came to the house to verify the condition, the rollback driver, the photographer, whoever detailed it.

I figure they make 4 or 5k when it is all said and done. In Florida we get to deduct trade price from next purchase so that can generate $1k plus tax saving. I traded a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado for my Gladiator and it did not last a day at the dealership.
