What do you think this is hinting to? We all know the 3.6 V6 isn't a "powerhouse" even if it CAN make 300hp in certain configurations NA (just not for Jeep). They discontinued the Diesel a few years ago for us, and THAT made fun/good torque. The Wranglers had the 392 which we generally consider a "Powerhouse" especially compared to a NA V6, but do you think they're teasing use against the 392 Wrangler that's back? Or are they finally offering what people have been asking for (albeit with limitations like the 392 Wranglers have when stock)?

Here's the teaser on Jeep's Gladiator page:

probably just another limited color option with 80s styled graphics and they tossed in a Mopar exhaust to make a "powerhouse"

They are probably pre releasing the Hurricane 4 that is now in the grand Cherokee. It’s an inline 4 putting out 320hp drove one yesterday and it’s noticeable boost over pentastar v6

I love the super NES graphics lol old school.. Last time they had me real hype up thinking a diesel and/or manuel transmission. Lets see and hope something really good for us. Please Jeep. Hopefully we can soon get a great american 250th edition real trim later on this summer as well...
BTW The wrangler can keep barney the dinosaur (Rewind) i hope we don't get that and waste a convoy slot

I'd actually slap that front end conversion on my gladiator in a heartbeat
Im On the fence with that front end. I like it but then I have to scratch my head. You know how a cat tilts its head back and forth when it’s unsure of what it’s looking at? I catch myself doing that at this photo. Usually I’m a sucker for the Kaiser type front end but this one is different.

They already announced it…Jeep Rewind. This is the Wrangler version. It’s just a sticker package

I actually was considering doing some of their Rewind styling on my Hydro Blue Pearl, but no stickers, just the colored seats/interior. I plan on offering these color packages for my motorcycles when I start selling them (hopefully available next year).

Ugh, NO don't jinx us on that crapshoot of an engine design. I'm plenty happy with a V6 platform that CAN easily accept boost when a knowledgeable person is doing the work (seems to be why the SC/Turbo builds always blew up, bad tuning) and make just as much power with less boost.

Yes, it's a crap design. Yeah let's machine the turbine housing into the head/block.

Eh, looks too much like the new Land Cruiser (not the good one overseas either). I'd much rather slap on the retro inspired grille from the Gladiator Convoy Concept:

Yes please!!!! Im behind the whole Convoy concept truck. Especially with that rear end cover like they have it. If they built that for production and made the price close to reasonable I’d rock it. I’d even buy the parts and pieces for my current JT to convert a lot of it to that. Grille, doors, rear cover that stuff. Wouldnt even care about any of the engine or equipment upgrades really. 3.6 is fine with me as long as it stays running. Jeep is missing out on a whole lot of revenue just letting these 1 off pieces sit on a shelf. It’s a Jeep. Jeep people like to modify their vehicles . Sell the parts. Make money. 🤷‍♂️
