Brought mine in to my local dealer on Friday (8/21) with the TSB in hand. Asst Svc Mgr hadn’t heard of it, made an appointment for Monday (8/24).
I checked with the parts department on the availability and they were in stock at the local DC.
Dropped it off as planned on Monday. Received a call today (8/25) that they are also replacing the Pitman Arm, which needed to be ordered and expedited. Supposed to pick it up on Wednesday (8/26). I’ll update with my driving experience once it have it back.

I picked mine up from having the TSB done on the 22nd and have been driving it daily since.
I can say the wandering on the road is GONE. What isn't gone is the tiny bit of dead zone in my steering in the middle, but its better. Apart from that, my Jeep is perfect.

To the ones saying the steering is fine and there isn't a problem, please try to be kind. We all have spent quite a bit of money on a vehicle and all we want is to be satisfied with it. I can say now that I am very satisfied.

I will probably still install the Synergy brace and maybe a bigger stabilizer just to beef things up for when I get bigger wheels and tires, but I didn't want to fix the issue with aftermarket parts.

Thank you all for the great information. The Jeep community will always be the best.

While you're on the highway try to turn your wheel while it's in the "dead spot" and see if you start to go that way. I thought I may have had 1 as well but it's just VERY small adjustments it seems in that area. I've found that if the road is level and I turn just a small bit it will start going that way, it's like micro adjustments almost.

I posted in one of the original threads about my poor experience with my local dealership. I took it in to have them do the "over center check on the steering gear" - which they flat out refused to do, said Jeep's techs said it only needed an alignment, and that it "drove like a gladiator". I left with the svc rep and I not getting along. That was about a month ago. I call last Wednesday and talk to the svc rep again - said he had just read about the TSB that morning and was expecting my call. He ordered the parts that afternoon. Just received a call from him, going in this monday (8/31) to have the TSB performed. I'm really looking forward to the results - everyone's positive experience so far is impressive.

So, my dealer had me bring it in today for a test drive. They agreed it pulled to the right. He told me that they (all dealerships) are only allowed to do 1 a week (...?). But he is going to order the part and let me know when it comes in.

It's getting done, thats all i am concerned about.

Parts are in and going on Monday. Took an hour or so and pulled the brace and stabilizer relocation setup. Put the stock track bar back in too. Good excuse to clean it all up before reinstall. Will report back Monday with a verdict.

Why did you remove everything? Warranty void I'm guessing? have a synergy brace and a fox stabilizer. Do you think I should remove mine so they don't void the warranty?

I left my aftermarket parts in (track bar and steering stabilizer) and just informed the dealer I had them installed when I was getting my appointment set up for the TSB, they asked why and told them I like to drive straight and helped a tad in the issue I was having.... wasn’t an issue for them.

hi! I’m glad it all worked out for you!!
And....Yep I’m still Lurking here lol!
I was out of state, I left right after the TSB came out and was gone until this past weekend, so my appointment is tomorrow. I called today to confirm if appointment was to actually do the work from TSB or confirm issue and order parts. The girl who schedules said they’d complete the work if parts were in or otherwise they would do my 1st oil change and get the parts ordered. I’m cautiously optimistic but leaning towards a second trip ;/
They offered Uber if I am able to do work tomorrow. My fingers are Crossed. I’m not going to lie I AM incredibly excited about all the positive results fellow forum members are experiencing, I hope it works out the same for me...I do want to LOVE my JT!!

Just got my Gladiator Overland back 2hrs ago. Holy Moly....Good Golly Miss Molly!!!!! This thing now drives exactly like the 2018 RAM 1500 2wd reg cab short bed I traded in. You go down the interstate at 75MPH with your finger resting on the steering wheel straight as a arrow. No correcting every 50 feet. No drifting back and forth. You just drive. Effortlessly. The steering feels firmer, not stiff mind you, but in total control. The steering wheel now goes back to straight up center everytime!!!! It didn't before, it got close, but you had to finish it straightening it. JEEP......you knocked it out of the park with this fix!!!!!!!!!
To the Service Managers, Service writers and the techs that say "They all drive like" Your wrong. They don't.

Looks like you're in the same area as me, did you take yours over to Palmer in Roswell? I called them this morning, and the service rep told me October 7th was when they'd be able to order for me. So I drove over to Mall of GA and they said they can order the steering gearbox in about a week. Was a pretty simple process, just handed him the TSB notice, gave him my VIN, he wrote a service ticket, and handed it to the parts guy. Then I was out the door.

So as a follow on to my earlier post to the other metro ATL members, Mall of GA doesn't have much of a line currently. The service rep I dealt with today said they've done a few of them so far (mostly Wranglers), but said the difference is night and day as others are reporting here.
Yep I am in roswell and went to palmer since I have history with them. Mine is annoying but ill probably just wait since I don't make it up to mall of georgia area too often and he hoped he might get it earlier. Might call jasper jeep but it seems like they aren't as easy to work with as they used to be. I know Winston and Roberto have always been good guys to deal with at Palmer and being 10 minutes or so from my house is nice.

Got mine done today, and the difference is night and day. I had taken it in three different times for the wandering issue, and it still wandered. The third time the dealership did an alignment which made some difference. After having the dealer perform an alignment I installed a Fox steering stabilize and that helped a little, but it still wandered. I was skeptical about the new steering box resolving the steering issues after having taken it in three times before.

The new steering box and power steering software update made a unbelievable difference. The steering feels much tighter and doesn’t wander like it did. I can now comfortably drive with one hand even when I had cross winds. I now enjoy driving my Gladiato.
Same here!!! So thankful this fixed my issue and it does make driving the Gladiator WAY more fun.

Our second dealer ordered the parts for our Wrangler. Expect notice soon when they will be in.

It's different in Canada. FCA Jeep Canadian Customer Care says the jeep must be seen by a dealer; the Service Manager has the say. FCA CCC will not authorize the work themselves. However, they were incredible help finding a motivated dealer.
