I was seriously considering the flush mount tail lights and backup lights but after combing through literally DOZENS of unsatisfied customers for issues with both products, I will steer clear of anything Oracle offers. This is completely unacceptable for this company. Looks like complete garbage. Thanks for your tip to stay away.
I feel the same way. No wonder Oracle states above that " We have a high volume of customer service requests right now".

I don't want to have to buy a Tazer or anything else to try to make their plug and play  lights work.

I mean in all fairness, they have been pretty responsive even here.

I had second thoughts when reading the posts as well but outside of the initial led error I got after install (which do require a programmer) it has been working fine since.

Construction is fine, not oem quality but good by all means. Fit is good as well, just gotta make sure to push them in to make them nice and flush.

Harness is a bit too short and could probably use some other minor improvements here and there but overall the look is spot on IMO.

Huge bonus for me was that the backup lights are bright as hell (and I have the backlight lower as well).

Combined with the fact that the tazer automatically disabled the license plate lights when you put it in reverse it was a good upgrade in my book.

Oracle burned me twice, once with their “beta” flush mount rear brake lights and once with their “beta” rear reverse lights. I paid my hard earned money to end up being Oracle’s Guinea pig. Stringing many of us along, waiting for them to find a “fix” only to be told by Customer Service that it’s well beyond their return date and/or me, the customer, must also purchase another 3rd party product to make their product work properly. Huh?! What?! That’s balls of CHEESE right there! Oracle is all sweet talk on this forum but when you call their customer service it’s all pepper and vinegar. The woman with the instant bad attitude who fields customer calls needs an attitude adjustment by being fired… immediately. Like many of us on here, I work 60 plus hours a week. I don’t have the time to play checkers with Oracle, all in effort so as not to feel like I was duped. But ripped off is exactly how I feel. I take no pleasure in diving into this pool of negativity. I really don’t. I absolutely LOVE my Gladiator. Dollar per pound of happiness, it is the best money I’ve ever spent on a material item. When we go for a weekend spin with no particular destination in mind, it feels like a mini vacation. My experience with Oracle on the other hand, I will sum up politely in describing it as being “highly unfortunate” but never again. Fool me twice, yes you did. A third time you will never ever have that chance. Buyer beware. I’ll peacefully leave it at that, no further response from me on this ever again.

I have the factory rear LED package. Getting the Left Turn and right turn Signal Out code. SO disappointed, that I waited five months for them to arrive as a plug and play and they don't work properly. Now I had plastic paperweights because I spent $400 on the lights and I am not spending an additional $250 on a Taser. Fill out the google form with no response for Oracle. Followed their directions to the Tee. Everything seems to be working perfectly though. Turn signals, brake lights, running lights, and reverse lights all confirmed to be working properly. Is this everyone else's experience? Just the light out code? Has anyone will LED packaged experienced the same and come up with a solution.

I have said this before on this forum and I will say it again. I think they want to produce a good product, they are on this forum listening and responding to concerns. In my opinion, if someone is putting effort to make things better or just make things right I will support them. For me, thus far, they have been polite and responsive. I ordered a set of Oracle tail lights through Quadratec in February and look forward to installing them when they arrive with (cross my fingers!) no issues.

That was my experience. Everything worked fine, but had the left turn signal out code. Got that fixed with my Tazer (which I already had due to changing tire size, auto start/stop etc.). Have had no issues with them so far. LEDs are nice and bright and as mentioned the reverse lights are very good.

What gets me is to this day their website advetises these as plug n play. They should either A) Stop selling these until they are plug and play like promised or B) There needs to be a very large warning you are going to need a programmer curently to make them function properly.

You should start by refunding @HopSlammer money and anyone else that is tired of waiting for a fix reguardless of normal return policy. You are selling a defective product that community financed and are currently beta testing for Oracle.

They do mention the resistor or programmer in the description separately under notes.

Ok here's my second issue. Im running the EDGE pulsar in my JT. I went and bought the Taser but Pulsar won't let the Taser do its thing. This is complete bullshit. ORACLE should honestly be ashamed of the product they have put out.

I cleared any DTCs on the pulsar but now only shows the left brake light out with a hyper flash.

SO on top of waisting the $400 for the lights, I wasted another $250 on a taser.

I get the "turn signal out code." That doesn't really bother me though. I noticed tonight that the passenger side reverse light doesn't work. That bothers me. ?

@ORACLElights Is there a fix for this? Or just a bad light?
