I did not get the hard roll up cover for the same reason . Takes up a lot of space up front. Get sumo springs. Simple simple install. You dont even need to jack up the jeep. I installed these in less than 5 minutes.

Sumo vs Timbren? Have used the Timbren's on several trucks and SUVs and been happy.

Retired. Beach bum.
So I loaded my 2008 king quad in the bed of my gladiator. First of all I have a Roll n lock bed cover and it takes up sooooo much room towards the front. So I may sell the bed cover. Anyways, that’s not what this is about. But what I was more concerned with was my truck sagged so bad.
Any suggestions on a saggy booty on the gladiator? It’s a stock sport s.

You say you have a stock Sport S? If so then like mine look in the driver door jamb for the information sticker, that will tell you the legal payload amount. In mine that’s only 1,044. But the Dport S is available with the Max Tow and Payload package, that raises that to around 1,700lbs. So now in your case I would suggest removing that cover entirely, then load the quad running backwards with the heavier rear towards the front of the bed. That will place the heavier axle past the rear axle in the Jeep, to place as much weight forward as possible. I would also keep everything else but the ramps loaded in the back seat. It’s the way you load that’s causing the sag. Good luck.

I bought a trailer for my quad. So much easier.
Right?! I have four trailers that I use with both my RAM and Gladiator. I'd rather use them over the bed for a lot of equipment. Even in the RAM with the bigger bed.

If nothing else, it doubles as a spoiler, adds 2mpg. True story. Try it for a week and tell me I’m wrong.
