Current? Which controller? In cab or Curt Echo?

Power to the controller. I don't have power at the factory harness. Fuse 36 and 37 appear to be good (I've swapped them back and forth---not a fan of those box type fuses)

Odd.
F36 is the fuse for the Bg/Rd (beige/red) wire in the Jeep's harness that goes to the controller module harness.
F37 is the hot line that goes back to the 7 pin connector that provides power/12volts all the time.
And Tekonsha should have the correct JT harness, so that shouldn't be a problem (we suspect they made the controller for MOPAR because the connectors are the same)

A is the hot wire fed by 37 and goes straight back to the connector at the rear.
The + (4) is the hot from 36 that feeds the brake controller (blue box below)
2 is the brake line signal from the ABS module to the brake controller
1 is ground for the controller
3 is brake feed from the controller TO the trailer in back.

Pretty odd as I'm not getting any power on the OEM parton of the trailer brake connector harness. The stupid box fuses are $5 instead of the normal mini cartridge fuses that are $.20.

I'd feel better if I could get any power to the factory harness and then trouble shoot the purchased pigtail to the controller....

Annoyed with something so stupid holding me up on the brake controller

Edit: I flip flopped the blue and black wire on the Tekonsha 3024-P harness and have it wired now how the brake controller expects it to be. Not sure when I'll tow next but who knows

When using the Redarc controller with their early harness (RAM) you had to flip the wires around. Then after I chatted with them about it, they came out with a JT specific harness - wires already reversed. I've got pics of how I had to switch the wires around on the Redarc harness.
The JT has it different than RAM and yet the connector itself is the same.

The 3024-P is a Ram harness, so yeah, it's wired differently than the JT so you had to switch the same wires I did on the Redarc Ram harness.

Borrowed my Dad's tractor recently. Trailer plus tractor is probably 5500 to 6000 lbs. I used a brake controller. The diesel was great. Trip average mpg was around 15. Slightly above sea level, some mild hills.
