I see the slide out. I didn't see anywhere that you mention the dry weight empty of the trailer. What is that?
Dry weight is 3838 according to the manufacturers sticker. The 2023 and 2024 NB's are about 3-400 pounds heavier than the 2022's which was also a factor I considered when we decided to look for used vs new.

They switched the suspension to a cool independent coil spring with shock suspension, and added more solar charging and batteries to them which is nice for boondocking, but also really heavy.

So I picked up our new camper today, a No Boundaries 19.8, and of course the weather decided it needed to not cooperate. Drove the 3 hours home in 25-30mph sustained winds and 50+ mph gusts. Surprisingly with the blue ox 2 point, not a lot of drama or real issue with the tail wagging the dog.

Power was a bit lacking in to the head wind but I expected that. Overall really happy with how drama free it towed in what are probably some of the worst conditions I'd normally be facing.

Nice!
Is the lift u put on stronger springs than the stock springs?
I also first towed mine over the weekend and had quite a bit of bounce in a couple places and some wind blasts knocked around some

Yes, the Clayton's are a triple rate with a higher spring rate of 159 for stage 1, 280 for stage 2 and 360 for stage 3. The 3 stages really help with heavy loads and limit squat very well. I carried 1600 pounds of tile on a very short drive home with 700 pounds of people in the car and still had a few inches of space between the rear bump stops and the plate.

Some blasts moved the truck and trailer but it was always as 1 unit, not a case of sway or ever feeling like the trailer was trying to do it's own thing.

Empty ride not to rough? I imagine more than stock. Not sure if I want to lift it yet or just air bag it

It's stiffer but I definitely don't find it rough since the first stage is really close to stock rate. I found the stock Rubicon suspension to be rollypolly so the swap to Clayton and fox 2.0s stiffened it some but also took the bounce and jutter out providing an overall better day to day feel.

I once brought around 1,400 lbs of hardwood flooring home in my stock Overland and squat was minimal (maybe to even distribution of weight?) not once, but three times and, the second and third times, I had a utility trailer hooked up with nearly the same amount in it as well...both my truck bed and trailer. Handled it all with aplomb :) :) :) These trucks are pretty sturdy. I wouldn't want to tow anything over the tow rating though...

I forgot to ask, the extra 2.5” of sidewall tire didn’t seem to be an issue or did u go a high load rating on them?

They're d rated falken wild peak RT's. When towing I have them around 40-42 in the back to up their stiffness. Didn't notice any tire squirm like I did when I had 34.5 pmetric tires on my ram 1500.

Not sure if it was directed at me, but if it was did you read where I said I was pleasantly surprised by how well it's did lol. I've been driving this slow pig for 3 years and towing for a few of those on the regular so I was actually expecting much worse, instead I found it much better.

Nice setup, congratulations! And thank you so much for posting your experience. We're about ready to get a TT as well and the NoBo 19.8 is on our short list, along with the Jay Feather Micro 171 and Surveyor Legend 19BHLE. Each has some pros/cons, but ultimately I think any of the three will work for us.

Do you happen to know your real tongue weight by chance? We have a smidge over 700lbs of payload left to work when it's all said and done, so tongue weight is definitely a factor.

Appreciate the feedback and grats again on the nice looking rig!
