When I took ownership of mine, the southeast corner screw was MIA. I ordered new. A week later I went to install my new K&N filter and yep, the southeast corner screw took a powder. Found it though...

Would it have been too hard or too expensive for Jeep to have clips to hold down the cover ???
Yeah mine is only held on by 3 screws.

Pulled all of my wiring, removed ditch lighting, removed rear seat platform, unmarried Taser and dropped truck off at the dealer to address a P00AF code, p/S wiring recall, and possibly HPFP recall if needed.

Got this as a loaner. I like the bigger screen. 22mpg is nice. Road noise is definitely louder than mine. Seats suck.

I test drove a Willys before ordering mine.

Those tires alone were enough for me to bring it back quickly.

Well fawk... P00AF code was no longer stored. Too many drive cycles or something cleared it. So now I need to see if I can replicate conditions and get it to pop again. Not sure how easy that's going to be, we don't have big enough hills around here to cause it.

Good news is, recalls are good to go and my warranty is good until Jan 2028.

It finally happened. I ran something over and slashed the inside shoulder of passenger rear. No idea what it was but after airing up I hit the road and the TPMS went red. Pulled over and through the spare on. Tires were shredded anyway from wheelin

So the factory rock sliders are great for what they do, however they offered no help getting in and out my Gladiator… I won’t be crawling rocks with this so I changed it up a little . Found these OEDRO brand running boards on line . A bit of a pain in the rear to put on by yourself but they look great and make getting in and out much better!

I actually hit them again with a can of rust oleum before installing figured it wouldn’t hurt … Relocating down to Florida soon and I plan on spending time on the shoreline with my Jeep šŸ˜Ž
