Installed my Cascadia 4x4 80w solar panel. Love the fact that it has quick connects which I can swap in anything else that uses the same (appears to be standard solar power connects, my EcoFlow River Max plugged right in).

Very nice.

Curious, can this be used to keep power to the inverter outlet in the bed when engine is off?

Line-X for the win. Guy with the blue Willys got the Standard. I went with the Premium option although mine is garage kept and will have a Diamondback cover eventually, figured the UV protection and extra quality was a must.

Not a bad decision either way, but just sharing my experience. My line-x place suggested I go with regular since mine had a diamond back. Said the only difference was the UV protection and not worth it in my case.

What's that Headliner you have there? How is it?
Two-piece Shadeidea; it’s been perfect as a sunshade, but it’s not a headliner if that’s what you’re looking for. A few long topless trips on the interstate & a good bit of off-roading and it hasn’t budged or made a sound. It makes freedom panel access a bit annoying, but still very doable.

Mine is the forest green if you were curious.

Have you got a pic of them from a dog’s eye view? I’d like to see how they look from lower. If you don’t mind.

Been storming in IL plus my vacation is over so doors went back on. I bought these aluminum door pin guides that go over the door pins. It really makes the door install easier. Many scratches will be avoided. Unfortunately they don't thread on all the way. So I'll watch them.

I bought the pins off Quadratec which cost more than most but there great. I’ve had no issues. Might be worth checking out.

No, it can only charge batteries. I have this set up and it keeps my Iceco VL65 running 24/7 for 9 months now.

Honestly, not super equipped to answer that - I'm not fully up to speed on all the math behind how effectively a solar panel can charge a car battery (I get it - I should know if I have one). I think the short answer is simply: "it depends". It will depend on what you're powering, how long you're powering it (i.e. when was the engine last running to charge the battery), and ultimately how efficient your panel is (how sunny/cloudy, angle, debris on the panel, etc.).

My initial use-case is to just act as a constant trickle charge to give me peace of mind. I also installed the factory bed outlet (i.e. it uses the stock 400w inverter), and plan to use it mostly for a cooler I just bought. My hope is that the solar panel will keep me safely where I need to be while I’m occasionally using the cooler to chill drinks when camping.

Sorry for the non-answer.

Added the Rubicon steel bumper with skid plate and guard. Decided to swap the red tow hooks for my factory black ones because the red just sticks out imo. Also got the Maximus-3 license plate bracket, but the angle down is a bit too much. Will need something a little better.
