I like your shot. Maybe we should start a thread for wheeling with your Gladiator. I suspect many of us don't get all of that excited about people hauling stuff.... There is a separate thread for what you did to your JT (mods), this is for activities like wheeling with your JT...
I do. I made a thread for showing off the payload!I like your shot. Maybe we should start a thread for wheeling with your Gladiator. I suspect many of us don't get all of that excited about people hauling stuff.
I have the same set up with the OEM rock sliders installed and the @ACE Engineering rock sliders. I really like the look and the functionality is great. Nice JT!Finally found some rubicon rock sliders. I wanted to cover the seam and will eventually add ace sliders so my short wife can get in easier.
someone flipped you off for hauling drywall in a JT? Hell, my old Ram 1500 crew cab only had a 5’6” bed. That’s not much better for hauling longer items. he’d have to borrow a vehicle or have it delivered lol.I hauled some drywall and other supplies home from Home Depot. I got a lot of smart ass comments about getting a real truck. In the parking lot there, at the gas station and some douche in a TJ flipped me off and was talking shit (read his lips). I was starting to get pissed. Especially, after the third time at the gas station.
I bought a 2x8 and 2x4 to do it properly next time. I used the 2x8 and 2x4 to support it underneath to keep it from breaking. I’ll haul it properly next time, but it was fine.
Once I’m done rebuilding my kitchen, water leak, I’ll cut the 2x4 and 2x8.
I wish I would’ve made that thread. I’d have called it “Show off your Load.”I do. I made a thread for showing off the payload!
Same! Had this setup on my JK and ordered the sliders the same week I ordered the truck. Got the sliders about a month before the truck and installed them the day I brought her home.I have the same set up with the OEM rock sliders installed and the @ACE Engineering rock sliders.
