Towed the camper (Winnie Drop 1780) down to the Great Sand Dunes National Park for a long weekend. It was my first time towing long distance in the JT with the brake controller finally installed and Andersen WD hitch and I have to say I was impressed. MPG sucked, but I was expecting that. Pulled into the house showing an avg of 10.2 over 453 miles. Honestly, I was happy to see double digits 
.
We also hit Medano Pass Primitive Road (sorry, no pics), which I highly recommend if for nothing else than to get away from the crowds but still access the dunes and water. The river was actually dry where the main parking lot is so the only way to find water was driving or hiking up river.

Not today but 4th of july weekend. Did the Brewer trail all the way to the lake in Shaver,CA. It got pretty tough st the end but I made it.

Not many other convertibles can move tables and chairs this easily.

It was such a beautiful day, I decided to pop the freedom panels off and go for a nice cruise to the next couple towns over, and pickup some friends...
