Here’s a video of hamburger hill. I’ll have better footage when I download the camera stuff. But this is from my iPhone.

Hamburger Hill has really gotten torn up over the last decade…and my wife is not a fan of it anymore….challenging and fun IMHO. Nice video.

Did you have to do any winching out there?
None. The two JLUs I encountered winched on hamburger hill, but I didn’t anywhere. But rock sliders, meaning legit rock rails are mandatory for this trail with a gladiator. Without them I’d have either turned back or gotten rocker damage. With them I was unscathed.

First time for me. I thought it was great. I just walked it and tried to put my tires on the largest rocks, so nothing would be under me to hit anything. Pretty fun actually. Just drove slowly in case you slip off of something.

I've learned that the faster you go through something the easier it is. Momentum is for friend.

Oh wait, this is a Gladiator forum and not a motorcycle forum. Nevermind, wrong ride.

I skipped this trail when I went bc people on here were like "NO DONT DO IT". Then the group that went said half of them turned back and the ones that ran the whole trail a couple had body damage and said all winched at some point.

So lesson here is, ill just plan my next trip so that you can come too haha.

Sounds good. I ran it solo, slow and steady. Other than pin stripes from the willows, no problems whatsoever. It’s literally now one of my favorite trails. I could not stop smiling.

Drove home, but with a slight reroute. Drove from Moab to grand junction almost all the way offroad, with a crossing of the Delores River. I’m sure others have done this as it’s not a new route, but it was for me and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Aired down to 15, shocks in desert mode, swaybar disconnected, and 2wd the entire time. So relaxing and no other vehicles anywhere. Water was low so I purposefully pointed myself towards the deep spots. Only got about half way up the 37’s.

Would you mind sharing the route? We are heading that ways in October for a big southern Utah loop and I'm curious if this could be added since we usually just run I70 to UT-128.

This is kind of a "TO and WITH" worthy post...

Drove from Huntington Beach to Sacramento to buy a used Lone Peak Camper. Then drive back and stop at Pismo for a photo op and continue to Sycamore Canyon Campground for the night.

I need to install my Metal Cloak 3.5" Game Changer asap. 🙂

Happily. I recorded it in trails offroad and definitely can be done either direction.

The link below is how I got my information to do it the first time. He was quite accurate. But I’ll use my recording from now on.
