What did you do WITH your Gladiator today?

Put it on the Metalcloak CTI trailer. Scored an 850. They said the rear was sitting on the bumper stop. That if I remove one puck I'd prob be at an 880.

Is the calculation based off of a 20 or 30 degree ramp?
Either way it looks good.

I looked up max score and there isn't one? But apparently a Gladiator on a 5.5" long arm kit scored a 1240. I'd bet you'd be north of 1000 Dan.

Multiply by 10th or 20, then multiply by 10 or 20 again doesn't really tell me much.

That still doesn't really answer my question.
In other words, how does your CTI score directly correlate to a 30 degree RTI score?

We developed CTI to show real world results... therefore making RTI fun, but not really an effective scoring method for vehicle performance.

Gemini is correct in that a higher CTI Score means better overall off road flex and performance. It is also a great way of seeing what issues or interference there may be.

The only limitation on CTI height is the lifts. We have 34" lifts on the trailer, so the theoretical max score is 1360.

(34+34+34+34)x10=1360 - BTW, a Certified CTI (where we are comparings systems and doing it for R&D purposes) is measuring all 4 corners with a PSI of 15lbs. An Estimated CTI (which is what happens at most events) is measuring just two corners - (34+34)x2x10=1360 - and generally we don't care what the PSI is at

BTW, the sometimes 10 sometimes 20 confusion is created by those making mathematical short cuts. The index number always comes off of the 10 multiplier per our published formulas.

Sweet, I thought I was gonna have to come up with my own formula. Saved me a lot of mathing. Plus, now I won't need any aspirin later, thanks.

I do kinda like that CTI doesn't take wheelbase into count, like RTI does. It also doesn't change the score depending on the ramp angle either.

Took it to Windrock Park yesterday for Wheelin with Warn. Got put in the "Black diamond" group. We ran(i think this is all correct.) Up trail 34, down 27, up 26, through 83, then 6, 7, and 4. The last few trails we did as extra to kill time before the burgers and dogs went on the grill. Had a good time tho!
Oh and met @drewcnit , nice meeting you brother! Rig looks just as good in person as it does on the net!

You were in a good group in good hands, Lynn and Ryan (the lead and tail) are some of the best trail guides I've ever had the pleasure of running with, good friends of mine.
I was with another black group, but ours didn't fair as well. 1 trail, 4 hours later... We had 22? Jeeps and some were fresh builds (one guy's rear locker wasn't wired right or all the way, I never heard which), it made for a long morning, I should have tagged along with you all.

Another camping trip this past weekend. Went to bed right as storms rolled in then dumped for two and half straight, tent took it like a champ with no issues.

Hit up Mosquito Pass westbound on the way home. Definitely glad we went that way as some of switchbacks looked not too fun. Pretty clean lines with only one bump on a skid. Bonus points for no wind at the summit.
