Added the bolt lock. Could not get one of the rivets to go into its hole?. It seemed stable enough with three so did not stress about it. If I could do it all over again, I would put the top two rivets to hold the lock in place before installing the bottom two rivets. Then finish the top two rivets at the end.

I need to find the paint color for the plastic grill to hide all the scratches. Any of you tried using a heat gun to get rid of the scratches from sanding down the plastic bits?

did some concrete work over the weekend. loaded up 20 bags of 66lbs/30kg bags that's loaded 1320lbs/600kg. did 2 trips need 40 bags. So unloaded was 40 1/4" and loaded 36" so it dropped 4 1/4" if anyone needs some perspective.

Took the car over for a show in IL this Friday and Saturday -

Last night at the track - used my new power panel in the bed (2 USB charging spots and 1 12v outlet)

Charged my hearing aids and phone while I slept.

Airbags at 25psi it dropped only about 1/2". Oddly, one side dropped a bit more than the other with the trailer hooked up.
It was nice not having the rear sag and my headlight pointing skyward as if coon hunting in the trees.
The front springs I have under it now are light enough that the front didn't come up a whole lot with the trailer connected. Granted, it's going to come up some, but it would have been worse with stiffer springs just waiting to push the front up if any weight was removed.
I feel like at least at this point, it's a good balance of functions.

Does it have a floor? I've seen models that appeared to and some that didn't.
What do you think of quality? Would it hold up if it got stormed on?

Shadows papa, do you have a thread on the bed outlet install? I assume you had to enlarge the existing hole in the bed?

Did Cinnamon and Engineers pass yesterday and Fins and Things this afternoon.. Made good use of the hitch skid!

It ended up raining almost the whole way down into Ouray.. That was a workout..

In both Colorado and Utah I've actually been fairly impressed with the stock Falken ATs.
