Yep I’ve been in this situation myself. That perlite (white stuff) works wonders though. I use it liberally. It’s amazing how hard and compacted the sandy type soil can get. What are you planting?Went to buy a wire wheel and return a couple things, came home with a wire wheel, four bags of top soil, a bag of potting soil, a bag of peat moss, three large outdoor pots, a bag of bark, and some of that white stuff to help with soil drainage
