I plan to install an AEV lift in the future.
Thanks. I keep debating on a few things. I think the first thing i do before the AEV lift is put the 35''s on it and see how it drives out on the trail and handles going fast on the dirt and sand. That way i can tell exactly what the lift changes once i get to know the bigger tires.

Yep, that’s my conundrum. I’m definitely going with BFG KO2’s, just not sure if I ā€œneedā€ the AEV 1.5 along with the Daystar 3/4. I do like the leveling that that setup provides, but do I have to have it???

From what i have read one can put 35's on the Mojave and it should be fine. If one goes up to 37's then there would be some rubbing, thus the need for the AEV lift.

Yeah im going to noodle it for a few days and ill post here what i end up ordering. 35s might look better without the lift is my guess. But will it be anymore capable with the 2 inch lift and 35s... we shall see

Did you have any rubbing with the 37’s and no lift? Assuming you haven’t re geared, what’s your take on how it rides without a regear?

I’ve got a 2021 Mojave with 37’s and I run both AEV’s 2ā€ Mojave lift with their relocation brackets. The truck has excellent road manners. What sold me on the relocation brackets was AEV’s video where they are basically drifting a 392 Rubicon at high speed, which was running both their lift and the relocation brackets. I want my truck to be capable off road but I need it to be able to make emergency maneuvers at highway speeds. Not that I make it a habit, but an emergency maneuver should not induce a bigger emergency, in my opinion. I’ve been super happy all the way around.

I’ve also got adjustable track bars, the Fox ATS steering stabilizer, along with Metal Cloak’s steering sector shaft brace. The truck rides like stock even with 37’s and it drives with two fingers down the road. I originally went with Icon track bars but now am swapping the rear for Metal Cloak’s since it will accommodate up to a 38ā€spare tire, as I’m getting ready to go with a full size matching spare in the near future. Other than that, super happy with AEV and Metal Cloak.

IMO you have a very expensive set up with those fox bypass on a Mohave. Run a set of 285 75 17 toyos and be happy. They are 34ā€ and about 7 pounds lighter than the 35’s and you never know the difference. Maybe a small Level spacer kit. Done.

The beauty of the AEV Mojave lift is that you maintain all of the factory springs and Fox shocks, but they put all the correct geometry back in alignment along with 2ā€ of lift.

Im definitely going with the AEV spacer lift kit for the Mojave plus the Geo correction brakes, most probably will get the steering stabilizer upgrade after. I run 285/75/R17 Ko2 which is a 33.8" tire and plan to stick with the size.

with the ARB bumpers and winch the truck lost around 1/2'' both front and back, which is not much but I feel it could use the 2'', better looks and less hitting the bump stops.

I am on 37’s with AEV spacer lift. Have maxed flex on trails and no issues with brake lines, but installing a sway bar disconnect to get some more flex. Anyone had any issues with brake lines not being long enough with this lift and sway bar disconnect? I may extend front and back to be safe… but just wondering if anyone has actually experienced problems.

Shouldn’t need brake lines with this unless you got longer shocks which allowed a lot more droop… and your stock control arms might also not allow enough droop to stretch the lines far enough.
Have wheeled lots on AEV spacer lift, also with Clayton 2.5ā€ springs.
